If you're not filled in on the facts: Capcom decided not to launch the game in the countries Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg, one day before launch everywhere else. The thought behind this is that there are too many R4 cards in this region so they wouldn't have enough incomes. I woulda bought it but luckily I also have one of these R4 cards. My opinion is: If every company would decide this, then what other thing can we do but buy an R4 and download the game?
