Aside from just being funny and awesome, I'm pretty sure the reason the holes are big is simply so they'd stand out more. I don't think a trenchcoat filled with normal-sized bullet holes would look nearly that nice.

He is my favourite new character of GK! He is really the type of character GS did miss, well I don't think I have to repeat what everybody else did already write about him, he is just epic badassness<3
But one thing bothers me, I really wished he had a voice cast...ahm but maybe not because if his voice would be as badass as his character and art ...well I think it would probably mean instant death by hearing it...
