If I remember correctly, the Famitsu article said that the game was 40% completed. So... there's still quite a bit of waiting to be done, I'm sure. ^_^;;

If I remember correctly, the Famitsu article said that the game was 40% completed. So... there's still quite a bit of waiting to be done, I'm sure. ^_^;;
but that also depends whats done, if it's the script for it then it should move slightly faster since the script is so complex in some cases and they have already started gameplay so they must have started the games development which would lead to the assumption that the script is done

well in japan it will probaly be, and in america i would say in april or may of 09 and this way they can keep there trend going of a gyakuten game coming out every year in america since it was announced, and japan can be on the way to theres, and also it seems they know how to do the gameplay which would have taken a lot of time to master so the gameplay develeopment is probaly most of the way done but now they need to put that in stages and make the stages with there backgrounds and such but i really really do think it will be out in japan by the end of this year

Who says that it was because of a rating that it's taking so long to get to Europe? In America, every one of the AA games has been rated "Teen". I just checked.

Oh yes, I was only speculating as to the reason why the entire store would shut down. On the whole it would be a loss not to sell foreign games as long as they're legitimate. Pirated games, however, hurt everybody in the whole economic deal except for the consumer and pirate.

Also, re: games taking forever to get to the UK: just order the American version off eBay or Amazon or something. I know some of these sites will not ship outside the US, but you're bound to find SOMEBODY who will. Nintendo DS is region-free.
