You said, back when a bandwagon against you was starting, that if enough people switched from Penguin he might get off the hook. When really... seriously, he still has about twice as many as the next highest vote count. No danger.

Maybe it was just bad timing on your part, and on its own it'd stand for nothing. But you're a confessed liar. It's one more thing that's just hurting your case. Like your moping. You weren't around for it, but last time SJB got lynched for being whiny and emo when really he had a powerful role he just didn't know how to use.

Activity's not suspicious. It's not how much you say, it's what being said. And, believe it or not, there ARE things you can do that make you LESS suspicious.

I get the feeling I'm going to end up outlining what those are, too. :|

Yes. And I think all AA fans know by now that guilty men tend to squirm more than innocent ones.

True. You ARE known for exaggeration, which is what started this mess in the first place. But if it's all a misunderstanding, why are you giving so much to misunderstand?

Here's an idea for you. Rather than trying to discount my reasons for suspecting you, why not try providing reasons I should trust you?

Because townies strength is in their numbers and the only reason to not trust another townies would be if YOU'RE a Mafioso, or if you suspect a townie of being a Mafioso, however, if the only thing your going on is that a person pointed out 1 exaggeration then you're only hurting yourself by betraying your own numbers.

Might I also add that AA is FICTION while the people in CR Mafia are real people using the internet.
even if its mostly role play nobody would purposely squirm to stay in character, that would go against their character of being a character thats trying to survive.

Pretty much, if I started accusing Von karma because he made a mistake in a tally that would work in his favor then I would only be hurting myself because were both townies and as shown he's also a pretty intelligent townie and if I caused a bandwagon that killed him it would only hurt us townies, its counter productive to vote for somebody off off one mistake.\

And going back to people in AA squirming when their on the spot,
Spoiler: All the games
let us not forget that Adrian Andrews squirmed when accused of killing Juan and she turned out to be innocent, Trucy acted defensive in 4-3 when people said the only ones who could climb the ladder into the air vent were Her and Machi, and Larry in 1-1 was panicking when he was the defendant, Larry was innocent, And Ron Delite was nervous when accused of murder, he was innocent, So was Maggey Byrde in both 3-3 and 2-1, Heck, Maya was panicking when she was protecting Godot in 3-5, doesn't mean she killed her mother, in 1-3 Will Powers was Squirming when he was accused of Killing Jack Hammer and Max Galactica Squirmed when accused of killing the ringmaster, Phoenix Wright Squirmed when he was accused of murder in 3-1 and Fawles Squirmed when he was accused of killing Valerie Hawthorne, all AA examples of innocent people who acted Squirmish and Nervous and Panicky when accused of murder.

I can't think of much else to say.

EDIT: fixed spoilers tag

Okay well here is the truth Mr. Jeshi. 1 little white lie tears apart the others.

Like I said before you claimed Sklarvv was townie because of a wallet (an impossibility). Yet you continue to defend Sklarvv even after we found out that you could never identify Sklarvv to a 100% point. Sklarvv is a big girl and is capable of defending herself- yet you intervened for some reason. I believe this reason is that you and Sklarvv have a connection. After that you continued to claim yourself and Sklarvv as townies even more.

Why would you lie in the first place. There is no reason to do so. Then there is the wildcard idea that it doesn't matter. By the way you talk of things I doubt that you are not Paying Attention but simply trying to play dumb- not a good tactic.

As for AA talk- WHY THE HELL ARE WE TALKING ABOUT AA.

You just said that AA is fiction yet you are referencing it. Stop moving away from the subject at hand!

I'm loving this thread. I go from one vote to seven in about an hour. :gant:

I still don't care really, you people have your suspicions, and are easily persuaded by one person's opinion.

And yes, that conversation GvK brought up DID happen. And yes, I stand by my story that Marshmello told me that I could trust this person. However, I don't expect any of you to believe it. I've long since deleted the PM. The only evidence is what that one conversation had.

So, make of it what you will.

BTW: Jeshi, you failed at spoiler protecting.

1. this an AA Forum in case you forgot
2. I went back to it because even if you don't count AA as fiction it still has plenty examples of innocent people panicking when accused.

Also when voting for me became a bandwagon I'm pretty sure I was just defending myself and didn't even mention Sklarvv until now.

And like I said, I exaggerated, its a bad habit, Its not quite as bad in conversation anymore but if I get caught up in a rant I'll end up going back to the habit and exaggerating something.

I remember when I was like 6 and it was worse, I would see somebody get punched in the face by 3 people then when I told somebody about it I'd say they beaten up all over by 6 people, its a bad habit, just like capitalizing random words.

Sorry, but no, it wasn't just your lie that's led to all this, it's how you've reacted since. You're still just trying to discount my reasons for suspecting you, and it's only looking like further and further denial. I honestly would be considering switching my vote to Phoenix_Apollo now if this didn't keep up, you know? It could be noob syndrome, sure, and townies have been lynched on Day 1 for it in previous rounds, but if nothing else then this is how you must learn to not make claims you can't support.

A little anecdote if you will... my sister graduated from college recently. There was a very good journalist as the guest speaker, and he was able to impart advice on how to stop worrying about the economy and never get fired: "Make yourself indispensable". In other words, if you have unique skills for your job, you can't be dropped because they'd never find someone who can do the same work that you can.

This all goes back to your little story... you've never denied that you have been talking to people who've come into contact with at least one Wallet and have been discussing using them to wake up some Amnesiacs. Sounds to me like you might have some kind of useful information you're still keeping from the public; you've let enough slip to show you know something, but have confessed that you lied about the most important details, so playing dumb's gonna be hard for you now. Tell me, is there any way you could use what you know to make yourself indispensable to the town? Short of hard-proven townieship, which there's only a few ways to do short of illegally quoting the GM, your best options are to either make yourself more useful or... pray, I guess.

Ugh, alright, I hate to do this but a while back FF3Girl sent me a PM about her and some others she didn't name having good info, and that they were gathering wallets to "Confirm if their a townie", I didn't know she was talking about wild cards or amenisacs or anything so I kinda assumed that wallets somehow confirmed identity's.
When people started suspecting me she actually sent me a PM apologizing because she must've figured it out that my misunderstanding of what a wallet does must've been from her PM.

I didn't say this because I thought it might be embarrassing to her or something but I seem to be in a situation in which I have to in order to survive.

When it comes to evidence I don't have any, I already used it all up.

I should've saved one and submitted it to court in my favor, hopefully somebody else will if I get sent to court.

Please, Phoenix_Apollo. I was hoping you would at least try to debunk my theories. I haven't even finished and it looks like you are giving up so soon. If you really are a townie, perhaps you should try to prove it and try not to stand by and let yourself fall and bring one more victory to the Mafia.

EDIT: Found a mistake and fixed it.

Well, now you know what happens when you assume.

By the way? Your information, as-is, is just further attempting to debunk your bluff, and naming a name hurts your contact a lot more than it helps you. Try to leave specifics to those who want to contact you via PM.

I've been trying to throw you a bone because it all strikes me as stuff that could be honest beginner mistakes - actually, I'm worried I've been a little too sympathetic to noobs that way in general, but regardless - now I'm fed up. I'm not continuing this line of discussion, you're deep enough in your hole as it is... regardless of what side you're on, you've made a mistake you've only managed to make bigger and you need to learn from it the hard way.

Besides, given P_A's got a nice bandwagon as it is, I've lost a portion of my temptation to change my vote to him.

Someone else can continue pressing Jeshi if they're not satisfied. I'm done. I just got a call from my mom asking if I'd like to jump in the pool, and swimming sounds very appealing right about now.

In truth, good sir, the total of votes is 43/60. According to records, this is the highest turnout in CR Mafia history. Be proud you are a part of this historic occasion.

Bandwagon? How easily this term is being thrown about. It is not a bandwagon. It is people who are using their brains and logic and connecting the dots out of said, and now proven by you, testimony. It is not bandwagon-ing because everyone is doing it; it is because of suspicions that have been shown, proven, and not rebutted against.

Don't use the term lightly here. It gives an excuse to be lazy not to defend yourself.

Exactly. A bandwagon is when people do something 'just because everyone else is.' Without reason, for lack of better words.

Alright, then, if you want rebuttal, you get rebuttal.

What evidence do you have that I was luring your contact? Marshmello sent me a PM, and part of it was saying that I could trust this contact. Unfortunately, I accidentally checked it when I was deleting some PMs, but you can always check with Mello and see if she has it. If not, too bad for me. I was just been telling this person what I was told myself. I assumed that the person Mello told me I could trust actually knew I could trust her, but that's not the point. I'm chalking that up to lack of communication. :yuusaku:

Unfortunately, I don't want to say what else was in that PM, because it could be something bad for a lot of us, in a way. Besides, Mello bound me to secrecy.

The incident of Night 0 I have dropped. I seriously don't care about that easily tricked kid anymore, and admit that I was wrong, or at least, overly-suspicious. There is nothing more I have to add to that.

EDIT: For the record, other than being overly-suspicious of someone, I don't think I've made any mistakes. You may think I have, you could even think you could prove that I have, I just haven't, except for that one thing mentioned above.

I'll take over for Pie, but only for one more question. But this is not for Jeshi. I want to see if FF3girl can support your story. I may ask more questions, but I really don't see myself doing that.

But this is it. This is my one question, and how ff3girl answers may decide your fate.
