But I don't think just because Cloud survived means he's Mafia. He's been the same amount of active since Night 0, with occasional posting. Just because he doesn't feel like wading through a bajillion cuts doesn't mean he's not active, and lurking =/= Mafian. I thought there were some Townies who felt Cloud wasn't Mafia? Weren't there a bunch of you asking why people were voting for Cloud in the first place? Some of those guys could have submitted positive evidence for him. :P
But go ahead and lynch him, I don't care. I mean, I VOTED for him originally, before you guys started screwing all the votes up so I had to change mine but in the end it didn't matter ANYWAY. XD

Here is why I thought Gummy suspicious:
genodragon1: - Gummy came to me, saying that Sklarvv was being aggressive
genodragon1: - However, I talked to itsaqua, who said that Gummy was being defensive
genodragon1: as did Skalrvv
genodragon1: - Using deductive reasoning, Gummy is the most suspicious, and probably took something quite innocent too far that is why I suspected gummy
But, I'm backing off for now, waiting for more evidence. I think that XDGummyDX has the scent of suspicion, but I would like to wait for more evidence/testimony.

Having other people telling everyone else he was not a target was not sufficient enough, otherwise there would have been a different outcome. Instead, he felt compelled to tell everyone that he was trying to teach everyone a lesson. Either way, it was not just our decision that made it a bad one court night, but it was his own as well.

He obviously wanted to die. This should have set warning bells off in your head. Either I'm making wild accusations, or it looks like someone needs to Pay Attention a bit more.

The reason I suspected Gummy was lying was from the two-against-one-odds. I figured it the odds were in my favor. The fact that the odds are involved is the exact reason I want to investigate further.

For the record, the targeting of Phoenix_Apollo...was not mine. I did ask to have evidence gathered and used it according to extract information. I also gave him a clue near the end... I had reason to believe near the end he might have been townie, but he didn't catch the hint. Nobody did, apparently. Oh well.
Aggressive townie? My, my, my. Being aggressive gives a thought process of being Mafia. I guess I better hide in my hole and keep my mouth shut and watch people do my investigations for me. I think not. Think as you will, but I doubt you will find anything on me other than the failed attempt of getting P_A to play along with my investigation play.

EDIT: Read the post carefully. If you were in his position, what would have been the one thing that would have shown allegiance to the Townie cause. After all, if I changed my vote and gave proof why, chances were others would have followed.

I realize I'm being very active in defending cases that shouldn't be defended, in everyone's opinion. I run on no evidence, only what I can scrounge together. Your suspicion is not unfounded, but it's being wasted; I just observe a lot of details everyone has already discarded.
I've got my eye on you, GvK, and plenty of suspicion to spare right now. I'll utilize any loophole, you take my word for it.
