It always makes me think about the special person who's never there beside me (physically), and how the extremely rare times we're together are often just fleeting moments. I've cried many times after hearing this song.

LOL. I know the music video is possibly the funniest, narmiest, least sorrowful funeral there ever is and Gerard Way's (the vocalist) "accompanying actions" are downright hilarious, but when I learned the meaning of the song and the history of writing it, well, it hits hard. Apparently it's about his dead grandmother. Call me "emo" if you want, but I've found myself tearing up to this once or twice before.
"Hands Down" (Accoustic) - Dashboard Confessional
The first time I heard this song was when some of my college block mates (classmates) started singing this song in class one time when the professor was very very late. Once it reached the peak the vocalist (who's very talented, by the way) started choking and crying. No idea why. When I listened to it later, it had the same effect on me as well. And I still don't know why. Heh, maybe the song's cursed or something. XP
But actually, any powerful song can make you cry unintentionally if you sing it strong enough.

It's not the song itself that makes me cry. That song was played constantly the weekend something horrific happened to someone I know very, very well, so it reminds me of this really horrible time.
I think that's pretty much it, not many songs make me cry.

Snuff by Slipknot - Goddammit, don;t think there's ever been a time I've been happy while listening to this, reminds me of a girl I'd rather forget.
Far Away by Nickelback - Same reason as Snuff
Auld Lang Syne - Scottish folk song (first written down by Burns, later accredited to him despite the fact he took no credit, thank you Stephen Fry :) ) - It's a lament on the passing of friends and memories, and the original tune was far more mellow than that popular at Hogmanay.
Ae Fond Kiss - Burns, again, just a really touching love song, on my great gran's tombstone inscription as well.
"Dear God" by Avenged Sevenfold - first (and only so far) girlfriend, lived real far away from me, so hardly got chances to see her, reminds me of that =/
"Dead Boy's Poem" and "Two For Tragedy" by Nightwish - real sad yet beautiful songs.
"Zakuro" and "Mushi" by Dir en Grey - both real moving songs, and the lyrics speak to me, takes mroe than just fingers and toes to count the tiems I've felt just the same way; the live performances are even worse (well, better, but you know what I mean)
Theres a lot more, but that's all I can think of right now.

Memories of You from Persona 3 is also one that brings back, well, actual memories. The first RP I joined was Persona and I RPed Minato... Yeahm. It's really important and makes me tear up sometimes. Like yeah.
Oracion from Pokemon I have no idea why I felt tears running down my eyes the first time I listened to that song. It's so strong.

RIKKI's songs just make me kinda sad. Like Honoo and 11 Moji Dengon. Honoo's about a mom singing about her dead child. Dengon's a follow up to that one, saying that she wishes for him to be happy. If I didn't know what Suteki da Ne meant, it still would have been sad to me. So I dunno. It's a song that tames the beast, I guess. It's my opinion, so I have no idea. RIKKI's songs are usually very calm and sad.
...I forgot to add one.
One Summer's Day from Spirited Away. The memories, please. First movie {JP one} I watched, so memories are also with this one. It makes me remember things and is really moving.
