So we have Sam Riegel for Phoenix Wright :phoenix:

, and Orion Acaba for Apollo Justice :odoroki:

, now it's time to guess the others.

We have Athena's :holdit:

And Blackquill's :objection:

So I'm betting on Christina Katano for Athena

(because Athena's "Hold it!" bears similarities to Mia's, and Katano's not part of Capcom staff,) and James T. Wilson for Blackquill

(He sounds like Godot, and Wilson's not part of Capcom staff).

As for the others, here's who I guessed:

Bobby Fulbright: Stephen Merchant

Miles Edgeworth: Dee Bradley Baker :edgy:

Gaspen Payne: Haven't decided yet. :sadshoe:

The "Honorable" Judge: Rick May :udgy:

As great as it would be to have Nolan North and Stephen Merchant, I don't think that will happen.

Nolan North is a bit of a celebrity in the voice acting world, and most of the games he provides lead voices for are big budget games. The general consensus is that Capcom isn't going to be spending a lot of money on DD, so I don't think he'll be in it. It's possible though.

Stephen Merchant, on the other hand, I think is impossible. He's known among gamers for Wheatley but he's a somewhat big British actor, comedian, writer, podcast creator, etc. I think he did Portal 2 because he liked the humor and because it is a HUGE game. I highly doubt he'd be interested in DD, let alone willing to voice a main character for a significantly lower pay than other jobs.

However, if those actors somehow miraculously do end up doing it I will be BEYOND thrilled.

I used to have Sam Waterston as my avatar but photobucket added a watermark and also Law & Order has been cancelled for 10 years so it's time for me to move on.

I really,realyyyyyyyyyy don't like Phoenix's new Objection.
He sounds like a somewhat motivated Ron DeLite shouting objection.
It's too...strained.

Apollo's V.A sounds pretty good based on SMT IV,so I don't think I'll have a problem with him.

Blackquill sounds too old in my opinion.He sounds like a 50 years old wiseguy.

I have no issues with Phoenix's new Objection/Hold It/Take That at all, which makes sense since I really didn't like the original Phoenix voice clips but is also ironic since I really didn't like how Phoenix sounded in UMVC3.

I kind of agree with you about Simon, although I'm reserving full judgement until the game comes out. That isn't the voice I imagined coming from him, though.

Yeah. His voice is pretty deep for a 28 year old.

And Edgeworth? I thought of Dee Bradley Baker after watching episode 8 of The Legend of Korra, and Tarrlok's voice sounds like something you'd expect from Edgeworth. :edgy:

Plus, Baker would have to fake a British accent (if they give him one in DD.)

Yeah, I guess so. The AA Wiki said they're voice actors. I am changing my guess. I watched the Pokemon Black and White 2 trailer again, and the voice for the female trainer seemed like a close enough match to Athena's :holdit:

Since this game is gonna be fully voice acted, I wanna hear how Klavier's voice will sound like. (Oh man, they better hire someone with a good German accent.)

And the amine scenes. Need I remind you that I guessed that Mark Lund might play Klavier? For your information, Lund played Falco in Star Fox 64 3D, and his speech style is similar to Andrew Alfonso's. :kyouya:

I'm guessing from that one line he has in the anime scenes Klavier probably doesn't even say anything in german. As long as he doesn't have to say "Herr Forehead" which a lot seem to mispronouce as 'air forehead. It's Haerr with sharp Rs. Traditional german accents are very "strick" sort of and they don't have rolling Rs.
