It's evidence for the first case, right? The song? I wonder how a song like this will come into play...

Seeing how the lyric sheet was a piece of evidence in the Court Record, it has to be used somehow. Maybe it's going to be used as the last piece of evidence presented?

Also, interesting thing to note: The song was performed by Haruka Shimotsuki in Japanese (for the anime and 3D cutscenes). Now, I wonder who will do the English version. (I'm placing my bet on Rena Strober, she performed the main theme for Fire Emblem Fates.)

So, have the official English lyrics been found yet? I highly doubt anyone here went to E3, but if they did, they might have forgotten the lyrics, or even not checked that piece of evidence in the demo, but it would be nice to get them early.
