Flaw #1: When Manfred Von Karma is angry he slapps the witness or the judge but how? unless he has super long arms he couldn't reach them from the prosecution bench.

Flaw #2: Same go's for Franziska with the whip unless she bought a super long length whip she couldn't hit the Judge, the witness or even the defence

1. Improve your reading/watching comprehension. He's snapping his fingers, not slapping anyone.

2. Franziska is a believer in the creed of Devolution. "When a problem comes along, you must whip it." Material things like the length of the whip don't factor into it. The Way of Devo is a spiritual walk.
