These are all the ones I know about so far:
-Pretty much all of Phoenix's poses
-Almost All of Edgey's
-All of Franny's
-When my hair attacks my face I do Matt and Mia's hairflips. Sometimes I don't even bother and it just sits over my face like Matt's hair
-When I'm not wearing my contacts I push up my glasses like Ema (Side of frame instead of middle like Grey)
-A lot of Ganty's poses (Clapping, epic stare of death, ect)
-Apollo's finger to forehead thing when I'm thinking (Which is wierd because I havent played Apollo Justice yet)
-Every single Mia pose and most of Maya's
-I also tilt my head like Ron and Matt (Pretty sure Matt does that)
-Dahlia's hair thingy (grabs hair and lets it drop)
-Godot's smile
I think that's it...
I also picked up some speech patterns such as badgering people for "evidence" during casual conversation, using fancy words like Edgey, giving everyone nicknames like Ganty, Luke's "ZVARRI!!", and Matt's habit of calling people "dude". And finally, thanks to Ini, I've stopped myself from saying "like" as a filler word because of how ridiculously annoying it is (I never did it nearly as much as her though).
