Has the GS Film been released on DVD yet internationally?

I saw the GS movie a while back and I wasn't too big a fan of it, but a family member loved it and I was wondering if there has been any DVD/Blu-Ray release anywhere else than Japan. (The Japanese version doesn't have English subtitles).

Anyone know anything about this?

I used to have Sam Waterston as my avatar but photobucket added a watermark and also Law & Order has been cancelled for 10 years so it's time for me to move on.
