Yep. They announced this in May when they released the first trailer.
The annoying part is that "Fall" can mean a lot of things.
Technically, Fall is September 22nd to December 22nd. However that has more leeway when it comes to media releases. So we still don't really know when it's coming out.
I used to have Sam Waterston as my avatar but photobucket added a watermark and also Law & Order has been cancelled for 10 years so it's time for me to move on.

Well hopefully it will be out before then but if not they might, especially if they do what they sometimes do with games and only announce the exact release date a couple of weeks before the actual date.

Well for all we know we might find out in about 17 hours when the comic-con panel happens. Probably not, but you never know!
