Wow, was the Nickel Samurai pic really that hard to figure out? I realized it instantly, after yelling "For the love of crap, don't do this 1-3 shit again! It's a f*cking costume!! It covers the f*cking face, that could be ANYONE in that f*cking costume!!" for a bit. But maybe I instantly noticed it because I never actually played 1-3, hence never saw that the pantlegs were crumply at that time, too.

Quote:
Anyway, am I the only person who was confused the entire time in the latter parts of "Bridge to the Turnabout" because I figured out WAY before Phoenix did that
Spoiler:
Maya was the one who channeled Dahlia? I mean, it was pretty obvious as soon as Pearl said "I couldn't channel her".

Omg, yay!! Somebody aside from me who realized that instantly! Well, I realized it the second it was said that Maya couldn't be found on the other side of the bridge...

I had various times in tons of cases where I objected wrongly, because my logic is just really different and more complex than that of the game. But I don't remember the majority of them. Off the top of my head, I have to think of case 2-1....

The Ini Smileys represent me. (Yes, I swear a lot...)

Spoiler: My logic is flawless-whaddaya mean I'm wrong!? (Case 2-1)
:objection:
:pizzahat: Your Honor, the victim broke is fucking neck! He would be incapable of writing-... wtf, what do you MEAN I can't object to that! I object to your overruling!

Spoiler: Look at the face!(Case 3-3)
:igarashi: Ayup, I saw nuddin' strange abou' the girl in the front.
:pizzahat: Oh yeah! Well... :takethat: *presents Maggey Byrde's profile*
:udgy: Dun' make sense, LOL.
~Green Bar Depletes~
:pizza: The fuck, Old Man! She's wearing fucking glasses, that IS something-... that stupid, dirty apron?! Fuck you!!

Spoiler: Photo Quality (Case 3-4)
:that-b-word: I saw them quite clearly when I took my photo.
:ini: *presents various, many, many evidences and has to reload loads of time*
:that-b-word: Once again, I saw them quite clearly when I took my photo.
:knock-knock: Let's give it a shot. *presents her photo*
:youngmia: Your photo proves that you couldn't have seem them clearly! There was fog and rain on that day!
:ini: That's what that was? I thought it was just simple grain on the photo...

I currently can't think of any other times that were really, really bad. Although I remember I had trouble in Case 2-4, because I wanted to break Adrian's Psyche Lock first, before attempting Matt's. Then a walkthrough told me he had to be first...

Case 1-5:
Spoiler:
I presented the cloth too early and got Lana convicted. There's also the bit with trying to find where Officer Marshall was on the map of the Evidence Room, and trying to get the urn to look like the Blue Badger.

Case 3-2:
Spoiler:
That speckled urn business. How I supposed to know the "specks" mentioned on DeMasque's calling card were the paint stains on Mystic Ami's urn?! Also, trying to point out that DeMasque's broach was missing in the security cam's photo, and the insta-"death" pressing in the final testimony of the case. What threw me off is that the first few lines after pressing is the same for all of the statements.

Case 4-4:
Spoiler:
Brushel's sweaty armpits. That was not obvious!

Case 2-2
Spoiler:
I read on TVTropes that you can get the Judge to furiously hit you with a double penalty for accusing him of hiding Max's bust. It's pretty obvious what the correct answer is, but I replayed the case to see it for myself, and intentionally picked the wrong answer. It's pretty amusing, one of my top moments in the series. I also like Franziska's reaction when you accuse HER of hiding the murder weapon. Here's a YouTube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... 5d4#t=249s

Spoiler: 1-5
The urn. The urn. The urn. THE URN.

I was literally flipping my shit. I turned and swirled it around and tried to make it look like the Blue Badger. It was so hard, even for me. I think the Judge was mad at me, err.. at Phoenix. :sadshoe:

Spoiler: 4-2
The witness says the sign said "NOODLE"...

A) and he saw it wrong. (or something along those lines..)
B) and he saw it right.

Yeah, sure. Because Noodle is Eldoon backwards. Even if you're blind on one eye, you still can see it. But to my bad luck, I pressed the other answer (Not B, I pressed A). I was so quick, that I didn't even regocnize that there was a question and 2 answers to pick and when I saw the angry face from the judge, I thought, uh oh. :beef:

And also,

-- Cross Examination --
+-------------------------------+
1. Touch the bracelet at Statement 5.
2. Move the view finder to the fingers on her right hand, touching her chin.
3. Perceive -> at "All I did was talk to him!"
4. And I've got proof that shows exactly what happened!

Present -> Lamp

5. (Do I have evidence to show what he did next...?)

Present -> Bowl

6. To where exactly was the victim dragging that stand?

Designate -> The river

7. The defense will explain to us what happened that night!

B) The car didn't run.

8. Show us proof why the car wouldn't run that night!

Present -> Trucy's Panties

Instead of that, it went like this. I've had no idea what to pick, so..

4. And I've got proof that shows exactly what happened!

Present -> something other than the lamp

5. *death glare from the judge, then I realized that I just need to present the lamp*

Present -> something other than the bowl

*same as above*

6. To where exactly was the victim dragging that stand?

Designate -> something other than the river

I swear, I was laughing so much when I imagined that he dragged the stand to the river and fell into it. :redd: Well, then I picked the river.

7. The defense will explain to us what happened that night!

B) The car didn't run.

I picked A. Not sure what it was, but it was a mistake, oh dear god. I couldn't figure it out and my bar went down to red, the judge was surely pissed off as hell and I was flipping my shit. Then again..

I picked C.

Bar went down again. It was nearly empty, I swear.

Then I picked A again, instead of B.

...

Yeah, that was the very end. :payne:

Spoiler: 4-4 (Phoenix Wright's Final Trial)
Not a 'worst objection', but it still makes me cry every time.

10. The decisive evidence proving that the diary didn't end with this page
is...

Present -> Notebook Page

I swear to god. I wanted to pick out something other than that dumb notebook page, but Phoenix just had the urge to present it. But oh well, he couldn't know that this notebook page was a fake.

Also,

Spoiler: AAI
I can't get used to it. I need a walkthrough every damn time when I play it.

Ahaha.. I remember when I was still getting into AA. ( My first was AAI.) That time I remember pressing Cammy Meele multiple times because she kept pulling off zzz alibis. It seriously annoyed me to no end. I pressed the same statements over and over because I thought those were different from the zzz's I already pressed. Much time later, I got it. :yogi:
Oh and that one with Mask DeMasque and Luke Atmey. How can your nose not break?
I was such a dolt. :yuusaku:

3-5
Spoiler:
Godot being the culprit just came out of the blue, I wasn't expecting that. At all. So when I was supposed to point out who Maya was trying to protect, given she had said she believed it was a male, I at first selected Phoenix because "He was the only man present!" Just... yeah.

(......Ack! I've run out of snide comments!)

I know I dropped the stylus at the touchscreen when I played it for the first time, case 1-1 that is, and thus accidentally picking something really stupid, and that I found it really funny... but I can't for the world remember what it was. Well, it was probably overrated and best forgotten anyway.

Maybe you picked the wrong CoD when the Judge asks Phoenix some questions.

In 3-5
Spoiler: T&T-5
I knew Maya was chanelling Dahlia imposting Iris before the trial began by method of exclusion
and for some reason I kept presenting evidence that I thought would point towards that at almost every testimony because I was too hell-bent on getting there ahead of time. It was so stupid, but I hated how the game took me for a fool.

That's an overall problem with being too intelligent for the game. The above spoiler you listed? I noticed that as soon as I encountered said person in the Inner Temple on the second day. I just knew it and I wondered how long the game would take until it was "right" to tell me.
No matter how soon you recognize something, you have to wait until it's the "right time" to "figure it out".

I know people may point out that not figuring said spoiler out early would ruin some drama, but that's the thing: why put in this idiotic drama if at least half of the players have figured it out long before? It's one thing to have a decent dramatic thing in the game and an entirely different thing, having stupid, obvious drama in it that you could get rid of simply by saying, "Hey, this is the situation, so shut up."
