GS/PW Character Likes and Dislikes (may contain spoilers?)

This might be a fun list to compile. I was just curious to know what the GS/PW character cast's likes and dislikes are. We know for a fact that Maya likes burgers, T-Bone Steak, The Steel Samurai, and other stuff I can't think of right now. Gant likes swimming. Grossberg likes the scent of fresh lemons, money (obviously), and I'm pretty sure he likes food. Dick Gumshoe likes boxed lunches (with steak in them), calling people 'pal', etc. Godot obviously likes coffee. We know Phoenix doesn't like murderers, hospitals (he didn't like Hotti Clinic anyway), and being whipped but beyond that...
What are the character likes and dislikes? Try to stick to the facts. Saying Maya likes Phoenix, Phoenix likes Edgeworth and so on is OK, but I also don't want this to degrade into a subtext-canon shipping thread. I put a spoiler warning up the top, so go nuts, except on GS4 info if that rule is still in effect.
So yeah, I'm just curious to know what likes and dislikes were mentioned throughout all the series. Maybe you know something I've missed. Also, it could be fun to compile a list of this.

Maya likes burgers, ramen, steak, kids shows and Pearly. She dislikes boring stuff.
Phoenix likes his spiky hair, showng off his badge (even though noone knows what it is) and making cynical remarks. He dislikes using too much of his money (or lack of).
Larry likes women. He dislikes being dumped by women.
Engarde likes being evil, scary and spending lots of money. He dislikes being guilty and being the next target of de killer.

Juan liked Celeste,fucking up Matt's career with fake notes, and from what I can see he likes putting straw in his mouth. Hates Matt, being worse than Matt, and anyone who has ever been with Matt.
The Judge likes being stupid,having people explain stuff for him, his gavel, and giving penalties. Hates people who don't explain stuff correctly.

Shoe is Matt's cat but DeKiller seems to like him. Going out of his way to care for Shoe wile Matt was in jail and everything.
