Personally I like the cross-examination theme from Trials and Tribulations or the Jazz version of the Ace Attorney court suite.

Hmm...Cadenza version of Investigation~Cornered, i think..

Hmm.... well one of my favorite songs from the series was "Logic and Trick" (the track that reminded me of the Excorcist movie theme, Tubular Bells.) It was the song that played in the original Phoenix Wright whenever at the start of the case, either a diagram or some similar sort of visual representation was used to outline "what happened" such as in case four, the diagram shown with the boat being used in the lake and then returned to the rental shop. But if I had to pick a theme for myself, then it would be the song that you hear for the first time you meet the "real" Matt Engarde, and then is used throughout all of game 3. No clue about the name of the song though... And if I had to pick a different song for a theme, then I think I'd have to go with "Warehouse Tiger", or "Fragrance of Dark Coffee"
