I just bought it this afternoon, and I haven't finished reading all of the stories, but have a mini review/FAQ.
It's basically another doujinshi anthology, but I think I like it better than the first one (might just be the Edgey fangirl talking here). Most of the comics fall into one of two categories: cute or funny. Like the last volume, the stories do not occur in any particular order, and only a few have definite places in the PW timeline.
Frequently (or not) Asked Questions:
Q: Some readers felt like the last volume did a poor job of keeping everyone in character. What about this one?
A: I personally felt like the artists/authors in this volume were better about avoiding OOC-ness. There were two particular scenes that bothered me, however.
Q: What characters appear?
A: The usual "suspects." All (or at least most) of the recurring characters appear at some point. Surprisingly for an Edgeworth-centric manga, Franziska doesn't make her first appearance until halfway through, and Manfred only has a bit part in one of them.
Q: No Oldbag?
A: Surprisingly (and luckily), she appears quite a bit less in this volume. She only plays a significant role in one very short comic.
Q: Any cute/angsty kid Edgeworth?
A: Yes. Child!Edgeworth appears in several stories. So cute!
Q: Will we see Miles in a drag?
A: Sadly, no.
Q: Does his secret love of the Steel Samurai show?
A: Of course!
Q: Romance?
A: Nothing blatant, but there are hints of Miles/Franziska, Miles/Maya, and a tiny bit of Miles/Phoenix. Most of the Phoenix and Miles content is friendship fluff.
You'll have to look for hentai doujinshi if you want anything more.
Q: Are there adorable animals like the kittens and Missle in the last volume?
A: No kittens, but Missle appears once or twice. Several of the comics involve bears. Bears are the kittens of this volume.
Q: Is the Bellboy in this?
A: Yes, in one comic.
Q: What's with all the food/eating contest gags in this series?
A: I don't know. I guess food jokes are just funny.
Extra bonus info: There's a sexy Miles shower scene!
