I really just think we should compile a guide of all the intentional nods to real life and society that GS is full of.

I'll start:

When Von Karma whips Moe the Clown and as he's freaking out you he starts singing the opening to Fresh Prince of Bel-Aire with his own twist:
"In west Clownadelphia, born and raised on the playground was where I spent most of my days" and then a second time he gets whipped and says "..a couple'a clowns who were up to no good, started makin' trouble in my..."
