I think that the judge used to be a Mexican chick from Oklahoma, got transvestite surgery, then got hit by a hummer, lost his memory, had slight brain damage,which lowered his mentality to the mind of an 8 year old, wished on the dragon balls, and now has eternal life,which would explain his stupidity.Or maybe he was just born that way. Either way he's gonna be around for a LOOOONNGG time.
