2.The dirty trenchcoat,pencil and the bandage is one of his trademarks or something~ For example:- Naruto has "Whiskers" on his face.(..And I HATE that anime~) Many Anime/Manga characters have something to show themselves of like...Let's just say that CAPCOM wanted to make Itonoko as an impressive (Or..wierd sign?) character as possible~ Besides,he survived on many dangerouse situations such as hitting the telephone pole (LOL WHUT??),getting whipped by Franzy--God knows how much times.Getting fired DOUBLE times.Insulted and underestimated by people. :(
