The atroquinine nail polish can be purchased at your nearest black market retailers. Like Ema's meth lab.

Where mah Altimomates at? Let me see yo hands up! *big phat beat*
Sorry, I got a song stuck in my head.

Trying to remember something of a dream last night. We were going bowling or something and Larry got smashed into a wall. And then Maya wanted to try the crane game, but Phoenix said they were just rip offs. And then "No, Maya, you can't use a bowling ball to smash your way into it either."
"But if they're going to cheat me, then I want to cheat back! You have to cheat the system to win!"
"Maya, no."
I don't think I saw Drunkworth this time around. I'm sure he would have enjoyed some bowling.

Mmmmhm. :/ (On another note, on second thought maybe "skill and wit" aren't the right words to describe smashing something with a bowling ball with xD)

I tried to induce a lucid dream tonight, but it backfired. I wanted to get into the white room-thing, but when I got there Apollo was making an ugly face to Aura (pulling his cheeks out with his fingers and wagging his tongue). And I was like "why would he do that?" (clearly, goofing off didn't feel like an option here, byt why not?). Then my thoughts went haywire in every direction but the right one and so the dream collapsed and went away. Talk about anti-climax. Apollo is a tease.

Aw man XD I still think it's a good inclusion to the white room series. Maybe he's just starting to lose it a little and Aura needs to slap him to get him to come back to reality...

He'd roll the ball in the wrong direction. "PaaaAAAaaAAaooOOoooOuch!"

I'm a bit too amused by how he seemingly attempted to shout "PaaaAAAaaAAath" as some sort of battle cry while rolling the ball. On the other hand, if there's any activity where that's legit, it would be bowling. (And if people can shout "Yaaaaard!" at a football match...)

Quote:
Ah hell no! xD But it was a rather amusing read... "[...]the dream collapsed and went away"... Good luck in the future, I really hope it works. As you know I look forward to the next episode of this mystery, and it sounds really cool to lucid-dream it.

Hahaha, I'm amused by it now. When it happened I was, half-asleep as I was, just very irritated xD (Although that's one part of what amuses me about it now). I just wanted him to finish reading that damn booklet! And thanks. Lying completely still while dozing off can be an effective paaAAAaaaaAaath towards a lucid dream (I had one of my favourite Mister Godot + Mr. Thief-dreams by that method), too bad lying completely still is a hassle. Especially when it results in nothing but an Apollo making a silly face :-P

Hahaha, I can imagine people would think that. He looks quite a bit like Johnny Depp and Robert Downey Jr, I mean.

...and now I'm a bit too amused by what you just wrote. But you certainly have a point - that would be (kinda-sorta-something) legit when it comes to bowling.

I understand, I would be too! xD (...and that. I'd be amused by that as well. Like, c'mon, here I try my hardest and you just make silly facial expressions, Apollo!) It can? I didn't know that, but it sounds like quite the hassle indeed (and... yep ;)). Which Adventure-dream was it that came to life that way?

Haha, so can I, and he is a rather good looking fella - I never thought about that, the resemblance, I thought he looked a bit like someone but I never figured out who said someone was. It must have been Robert Downey Jr (who I just so happens find hot hahah)!

Almost as if he actually made that face to annoy me xD Ja, it's something about tricking your body into falling asleep while your mind stays awake. One where they were hanging out and drinking and I was Ron for a brief moment. The one with the exchange:
"If it's snowing in Christmas, I can't see Santa."
"Me neither!"
"What? xD"
"I don't know! :D"

Haha! I don't find any of the three mentioned gentlemen attractive, but I can see the appeal. Retinz does look rather good but in a rather annoying way, but it captures his character :damon:

Yeah, I can see the appeal when it comes to Johnny and Roger, since I don't find them attractive either (haha, just reading it like that I just imagine the names pronounced in the Swedish way, sounds like one's talking about some middle-aged friends that are going to visit to grill food and drink beer - "Jag bjuder hem Johnny och Roger!" Oh, I'm sure he would. He loves rolling with the gang... which may or may not involve literal rolling and explain why Larry got smashed into a wall.

"Maya, no."

The plan failed when she realized the box was made from trauma-proof glass. She never touched another of those things again.

Has Apollo been taking lessons from a certain annoying other spiky-head?

I had a pretty long series of dreams this time. One wasn't AA-related until I somehow got AA characters caught up in it.

At first I was on group chat with some "friends" when one of them started panicking about some sort of threat (I don't remember details) and another friend threw fuel on the fire, probably for the lulz. I stepped in to tell them to stop, but then the trollish friend got me involved with the conspiracy and the panicking friend demanded that we meet in person to "fight" it out. So we did; they came by car, I walked, I guess. The panicky guy was all ready to throw some fists at me for some reason. The other friend was snickering to himself about the whole thing. Annoyed, I instead grabbed the other friend by the cuff and very gently slam him into the door of his car, just enough that it wouldn't hurt him but annoy him. I kept doing it until he apologized to the other guy and explained it was just a joke. Flame war averted.

In another version of the same events (yeah, it was a strange skew of timelines), I actually got walloped to the face and fell onto someone behind me... (SoJ) Maya. I apologized and she took it well. She wasn't hurt. (SoJ) Phoenix then showed up from nowhere to check on us and is relieved to know we're just fine even though I got punched in the face. The other friends from earlier suddenly vanished as if they weren't there at all, so I guess they didn't see how I was thrown backward?

Then, I jumped to a different dream. I was with the same Maya and Phoenix and we were standing before a really tall tower (probably the Grand Tower from AAI2). We saw some businessman go in and Maya started talking:
"Hey, do you know what they do here?"
"No idea, but it seems like a place for businesses."
"Let's go in!"
"No, we can't do that."
"Don't worry, Maya, I have a plan. Come with me."
I take her by the wrist and go somewhere, leaving a confused Nick behind. Later, I'm carrying her pretending-to-sleep body in my arms and march in. I used the excuse that from the "fight" I had earlier, Maya became injured and needed to see a medic, stat!
"Where's your infirmary? Take me to the ninth floor!" (Not sure why ninth floor sounded right, but it did.)

Let's just say the plan succeeded (?) and we got to the ninth floor without hassle. It turned out to be a library. One of the shelving staff, a man, looked at us strangely.
"May I help you?"
"Uh... this is a library?"
"Yes. What's the matter with your friend?"
I put her down. "Nothing. We just wanted to see what was up here."
"I see. Well, take care and play nice." The man then pushes away with the cart of books.
We take a look around.
"Wow, they have a library up here?" Maya asks.
"Yeah, I was surprised too."

It ends abruptly there as I jump to another dream. This time, I'm in Khura'in standing before the Tehm'pul Temple with Maya and Nick and co...
Spoiler: 6-5
We're saying our goodbyes to Apollo, who has just announced he's going to stay. As we're going to part, Maya stays behind and waves to us leaving. "Have fun, guys!"
Phoenix looks confused. "Huh? Maya, aren't you coming with us?"
There's a silence among us, and Maya bursts into laughter. "Hahaha! You actually thought I was going to stay? I called you to pick me up from this place!"
"Oh." We all share a round of laughter.
Then, she randomly pulls out a little orange tray with the word "Popeyes" on it and says, "Boy, I'm in the mood for some chicken! When we get back, can we...?" (No one questions where she got that tray from.)
Phoenix sighs. "Fine, fine."
Athena cheers. "Yes! I want some chicken too!"
Suddenly, Apollo breaks in too. "Hey, save some for me!"
We stare at him. Maya adds, "You know the chicken's going to be cold by the time we ship it over, right?"
But he grins anyway. "Come on, guys. I was just joking. You all seemed pretty serious as you were leaving."
We all laugh again, but I was a little confused as to why Apollo would be trying to cheer everyone up.

Last jump to the last dream I recall. We're back home again, but "home" is Osaka, Japan.
Maya points out, "Hey, there's Capcom HQ! Let's go in!"
I shake my head. "I'm not actually in the crew, so I don't think I can go in."
"No, we love guests! Come on!"
Phoenix is concerned. "Wait, Maya, are you sure about this...?"
And so I ended up going with them to Capcom HQ and landed myself my own cubicle. Of course it was just temporary. Maya and Phoenix ended up giving me a quick tour of the facilities and we said hi to a nice lady sharing snacks with her coworkers in the midst of developing the next title... Unfortunately, I couldn't get a closer look at what they were making.

Haaahaha. :D (I didn't get this until now because I coincidentally saw a facebookpost mentioning an uber)

Unintentional GS-dream connection in real life: My phone ran out of battery, and since I didn't know the pin-code by heart I had to look it up on the plastic card that came with the sim-card. Last time this happened I put it in a drawer I use for random stuff that that I might need someday, but I couldn't find it there. I looked some other places but to no avail and it made me feel pretty stressed and also annoyed because I was sure I had put it in that drawer just to prevent having to look for it everywhere like this. So I thought I'd have to go buy a new sim-card. Then in an act of sheer stubbornness I opened that damn drawer again and turned it upside down on my bed. And the card fell out from Phoenix' ugliest a file folder it had got stuck inside somehow. Bottom line: if you are looking for something you need, whether it's a code-card or a booklet containing information about your capturer, examine your nearest file folder. :apollo:

It is! And... (I promise, this spoiler-thingie won't be all unstructured like the previous one. ...I still don't remember what I was going to write about him in that one.)
Spoiler: SoJ case 2
Firestarter can do a stripping-magic show-combo - fire and nudity, what's not to love? Watch him burn all his clothes off! That's the stripping part. Now the magic show begins! He comes jumping out through a lit fireplace - naked. He puts out a fire he magically started with a hose, while showing off his own hose at the same time. Who said a person has to be a readhead to be a fire-crotch? Roger disagrees.

He's now the most popular guy in prison.

Spoiler:
Most popular... because of his magic, his fire, or his crotch? Or are those three now equivalent? x)

Bless it, I read this thread a couple hours ago while stuyding in the library and let's just say you guys made me turn a few heads with my obnoxious giggling. This is why I love this thread.

Who knows what happened that night at the lake house during Drunkworth's Wyld n' Out Party...

Just remembered a dream/let. Someone talked about Roger Retinz; "He's sooo sexy!"

Spoiler: 6-2
I personally liked him; in fact, I think if he wasn't so obsessed with being so hellbent on getting revenge with the Gramaryes, then maybe there could be a redeemable part to him...but I just want to see him back in AA7 :sahwit:

I'm a bit too amused by how he seemingly attempted to shout "PaaaAAAaaAAath" as some sort of battle cry while rolling the ball. On the other hand, if there's any activity where that's legit, it would be bowling. (And if people can shout "Yaaaaard!" at a football match...)

Oh geez...note to self, keep Simon far away from football as possible. Especially when there's leaves involved...unless Rubia is nearby, since she knows what she's doing and she's armed with a car and a swatter.

Faaaaabulous. And I picture him dabbing ferociously after doing his special moves.

He doesn't just make fire; he is fire!

...That made more sense in my head.

...Sorry, Phoenix. You're out of a running gag now.

Quote:

Flame war averted.

...Well, that certainly escalated quickly. Is that your bloodthirsty side coming back with a vengeance I see? :-P

Quote:
In another version of the same events (yeah, it was a strange skew of timelines), I actually got walloped to the face and fell onto someone behind me... (SoJ) Maya. I apologized and she took it well. She wasn't hurt. (SoJ) Phoenix then showed up from nowhere to check on us and is relieved to know we're just fine even though I got punched in the face. The other friends from earlier suddenly vanished as if they weren't there at all, so I guess they didn't see how I was thrown backward?

Ack, some friends those were, punching you in the face. If you ever need backup, dream-me is ready to fight...just saying...and Briammonde can bring the backup music.

Quote:

9 is a magic number! Still, you seemed determine to get into that building...

Quote:
Let's just say the plan succeeded (?) and we got to the ninth floor without hassle. It turned out to be a library. One of the shelving staff, a man, looked at us strangely.
"May I help you?"
"Uh... this is a library?"
"Yes. What's the matter with your friend?"
I put her down. "Nothing. We just wanted to see what was up here."
"I see. Well, take care and play nice." The man then pushes away with the cart of books.

Honesty is the best policy! But a library...who woulda thunk it.

Spoiler:
How SOJ should have ended.

Quote:

DGS2? AA7 with Roger Retinz? :D Still, I like the homey feel of Capcom HQ. It's going into my crackfiction.

Rubia: xD Yes, now I want the logic bowling even more.
I don't think Maya does either, hence why I asked :-P
Dang, now I really need to listen to the songs at the same time xD
And of course you wanted to carry Maya. Such heroism.

Bramimond: Haha! Obnoxious giggling... lovely.

I dreamed about the person in the gif I posted yesterday, so... AA-dream-related? I also had some ultrashort dreamlet where all that happened was I saw Zuka Zaruka "The man behind everything" Zura for a second. He was walking. I got a funny feeling from seeing him. Oooh.
(......Ack! I've run out of snide comments!)
