Welcome, VeryHappyTaffy, Reemokisu, and tozz! It's a pleasure to meet you all and I hope to see you all around more. ^_^
What do I like to see in P/I fanfiction? Fluff. I'm a terribly sappy person and I do like my fluff. But I'm funny in that I like a bit of drama/angst mixed in with it at times. Pure fluff can be fun and I do enjoy it (I've even written it myself), but I also feel like it sometimes lacks a bit of depth that can be better captured when the characters are put in a more stressful situation. I like to see things being worked out and overcome, I like to see characters and relationships develop, and I like to see things that feel real. At the end of all that though, I do like my happy endings (although heartbreak stuff can be really nice when I'm in the mood for it). They deserve a happy ending. ^_^
The smiley is pretty. ^_^
Anyway, I have made a note of all new P/I fics posted here (and I've looked at the first couple of pages of Present Testimony, so if it's there then I've seen it and noted it). I'll try to get reviews up by this weekend (sooner if I can manage it, but work is currently killing me so I make no promises. -_-) I'm not sure that anyone actually cares, but it makes me feel better to say something. :)

Personally I think they wouldn't bother with a Phoenix/Iris fic.
