It makes me happy, and why do I think that Katana that shows up is the same "Yamato" you used in another fic? A shame it didn't have the white hilt wrapping though.......

What, you mean in The Sims?
Problem is, there's no models for them hanging around, the default Sim looks nothing like any GS character, and I'm not as motivated to make them as I was Maya. Besides, the hairs don't exist, and don't get me started on the outfits... (though Pearl could wear Maya's.) And having some weird generic Sim we're pretending is 'Trucy' doesn't work for me.
Glad you liked the fanfic. It wasn't very serious (imagine a serious fic of that couple.. ugh.. utter train wreck of angst... not putting Phoenix though it!) and the chars were all a bit stereotyped, but I did kind of like the concept of Hobo Maya. Now I want to write another fanfic.. but I don't have any ideas.

I'm not sure I could write a whole fic in first person. Dialogue, yes, thoughts, yes, every single word in their heads (or paper!) they articulate, no. And even if I did, I'd probably do better with some character like Edgeworth or, I don't know, Kristoph (though trying to think in context of that world view and 'moral' system is a bit of a, um, disturbance.)

Hmm..
I probably could, but only the ones at Fey Manor, which is the end of the fic. [It would be possible to make Wright and Co in the 'downtown', though I'm not sure how you sell non-tangible items at your 'business', but it would be lots more work and downloads.]
But before that, they have to have a 'wedding'. I was hoping they could elope quietly, (less work for me) but they both have 'Throw a Wedding Party' stuck in their Wants List. And since Edgeworth is the only friend they have, I'm going to have to find some new Sims to add and invite.
(Speaking of, I really should read that other fic of yours...)

Well after such encouragement... I guess I'll see what I can do, though in that fic it seems Maya quit the Master position (In my game Maya is Kurain Master and makes the maximum 10000 a day. ) However, like the fic, they do both have the surname Fey-Wright - didn't seem to be any way to set up Sims in the same house initially with different surnames, so that's what they got.
I really should make Wright and Co or something.
I think it'll be a long time before I make them get married in the game - as well as the wedding, you have to plan a honeymoon, and I don't want to mess it up. Maya keeps having 'Island Vacation' in her Wants List, so I guess that's where it will be.
..Now Godot would be easy if only I had the mask. Because it covers his face etc. I have outfits for Godot, Larry and Apollo, but no heads.

And I remembered something that I wanted to respond to when I was still just lurking. 8 pages ago. *shot again*
I will tell you right now: I am SUCH a romantic. I WATCH SOAP OPERAS.
But I don't like STUPID romance. I read Twilight. I liked it. I looked on the internet. I thought about it. And then I realized how BAD it was. Feenris is like that. It's romance where there's no real REASON.
Phoenix fell in love with "Dahlia" because she was pretty and sweet and said she loved him. Considering how he was at the time, he'd probably been single FOREVER. And here's a pretty girl that comes along and says she loves him. She makes him food, she goes to his dorm room and hangs out with him, and who knows what else, there really aren't very many details given.
It's a lot like in Icer's fic, in my opinion: What did they talk about? What did they do together? It was probably just Phoenix rambling on about something stupid while Iris asked for the necklace back while he couldn't hear her over his own voice. I certainly can't think of anything they really had in common or could talk about.
Plus Iris chose her sociopathic sister over him. Um, I don't think I'd be able to get past that. I also really find her to be a moron for believing Dahlia could change. If someone is that screwed up (read: BATSHIT INSANE), they're very likely born that way, not that her upbringing didn't provoke that and only make it worse.
And he knew her for 6 months. He knew Maya for three years. And he saved her from so much danger and I DON'T KNOW WHERE THIS IS GOING ANYMORE OR WHY I'M RANTING 8DDDD
But yeah.

If I had the energy and the imagination, I think I would make a rant like that too.
...I'm still iffy about posting Pop Star and Downfall... Rereading it, it's not really that good.

I hate Iris as well. TOO NICE. And people say she's strong. Wait, what? Since when was she strong? We've seen nothing to make us believe that. She's weak and spineless, simply giving in to Dahlia, never having the spine to say anything audible to tell Dahlia to stop.
And Twilight is annoying. At this point I'm only reading the rest of them because I spent good money on them.
