It's Iris. The file name on the pic is naruaya (Naruhodo and Ayame are the Japanese names) and besides her hair is only slighter lighter then Phoenix's. It's just a matter of shading on the artist's part.

I know Mia_Fey and {CI}Jackie Estacado have already dealt with this, but I'm posting it again to remind people browsing this forum and this topic. Maya and Iris are two different people. There is also a big difference between them. Oh, and READ THE RULES BEFORE POSTING. That was mentioned in this topic a lot of times, and let's not bring it up again. Period.
