Or maybe they'd both agree to getting married at Eagle Mountain, but they include putting those bad memories to rest when they're saying their wedding vows. I think that would be quite fitting.

Depends on what time period they get married in. If we stay true to games canon after Apollo Justice then I can honestly see Trucy as the flower girl since Phoenix spent more time with her closely than he did Pearl and bonded with her more.
