After um 4-4 he's allowed to take the lawyer exam again since it was revealed as being in error to disbar him. Whether he will is up to the writers. Obviously, I HOPE SO!

Omg! Awesome fanfic ^^; Awesome job! Unlike other Nick and Maya fanfics, this one mainly focus on the murder plot while giving little hints about Nick and Maya which is amazing~! :] (not saying the other fanfics about the pair is bad though, they're ALL awesome
) Moar Plox! <3 Some parts were a little confusing though 'cause I didn't know who was talking to who (maybe it's just me though cause I r retarted like that xDD). Other than that, it's flawless; awesome plot and nice way of plugging in Nick + Maya there...hehe (omg, did i just repeat myself? :O...)About the Pic: Phoenix looks a little too thin? Iono, it just looks weird to me; maybe his face should be a little rounder
and maya looks awesome ^^; love her clothes :P! Oh and wb? (even though I didn't know you before you left xD) *cough* short intro: HI I R HELIA AND I LUB TALKING LIKE THIS~ lol :D (sorry if you cant understand me; i'm not used to typing complete sentences so lotsa run-ons :D)

The Magatama. in the second and third games, Maya is constantly reminding you that it's her's and she's just loaning it to Phoenix. But in AJ:AA, Phoenix tells you it's his. So perhaps Maya gave it to him to keep, knowing he would need it for the investigation.
And of course, Phoenix would probably need to recharge it's energy periodically, so he'd have to meet Maya or Pearl to do that.

During the testimony of Furio Tigre, when Maya got scared of him, she hid under the defense table. Phoenix told her, (I'm not sure if these are the exact words) "Hey, don't go under the table, Maya! Unless there's space for me in there too!"
It was just so funny. XDDDD And cute.

I have gathered some evidences of why this couple can be considered to be canon (even though maybe in a platonic way).
She (Maya) probably praised Nick all the time, just like a person talking about their loved one. This is not difficult to believe, since we already know that Maya said a lot about Phoenix while in Kurain.

I suppose we just all collect evidence and compile it in chronological order. Some of the cases have the text online at GameFAQs, not all of them though. I think they're all on Youtube... Of course it's more fun to replay the games than watch the videos...

Heh, I love it, the Evidence is really pileing up.
At the very very minimum, we can see that Phoenix without a shadow of a doubt cares very deeply about Maya, and I gotta say, it goes both ways, it's my personal opinion that they could very easilly (with a little prod from say
, or !!! 
) end up together. I wonder what the other characters think of the two of them, I mean as mentioned, several characters have made accusations that they are a couple, and neither of them have corrected anyone, what happens if one of them decides that they are going to play cupid?

Along those same lines, Phoenix Wouldn't settle for less than Total Aquital in Case 2-2, pretty much for the same reason
