People have said they wish she was their daughter. Browse through the comments on the video of her theme song on Youtube and you'll see a few (it's on the Pearl playlist i mentioned in this thread).
Someone just mentioned about Pearl being a flower girl in the Phoenix/Maya thread. This sounded too cute to not have a visual refference of. So (this wasn't easy):

I have to admit though, at first her forehead freaked me out a bit (lol would Klavier call her "Fraulein Forehead" XD) , but I really warmed up to her, and now she's one of my faves =D (I love "special someone" sprite)
I think it's also 'cause her lines are funny, and that she's the biggest Nick x Maya shipper XD
I wanna see teenage Pearl >__< She's about the same age as Trucy in AJ, and I really wanna see them meet (though she might slap Nick unconscious first after finding out about his daughter who's not Maya's XD)

She's refined and mature for her age, but also shows her childish behavior at times. She was a bit mysterious, I felt she "talked" different in 2-2 compared to her other appearances, so she already appealed to me. While she is pretty naive at times about the simplest of things, it is explained by her upbringing.
Although the one thing I dislike about her is her fairytale ideas which... I hope she grows/grew out of, counting her appearance in GS5 now. It just irks me a little that she thinks two people are made for each other, just because one person called them "special someone", which doesn't necessarily mean romance. I'm sure Phoenix thinks of Pearl as a "special someone" in terms of a very important friend and person he likes.

Well as other People already said: She is very cute and also quite mature for her age. I also like the fact that she ships Maya and Phoenix. No, I'm not a shipper, but I kinda like that about her. It makes her even more "innocent", so to say.
Long Story short: Pearl Fey is an awesome character and together with Maya she owns the first place in my favourite character list.
