It's AGES away. So we don't have to totally decide now. And we don't start the 'contests' if we have them till way closer to the date, else everyone will both procrastinate and forget.
'Contests' encourage more people to make better stuff, I guess... and could also be promoted off CR. So we get more Phoenix/Maya art and fics so everyone is happy!
And as for who wins, there should be a democratic vote or something?
Also, um ideas... there could be a 'Wright-a-thon' type thing. Actually, how about 'Kink Meme Lite'. Make Phoenix/Maya prompts of any variety [including the G-rated stuff] and fill them. Not necessarily on the actual kink meme.

Failure. Although, I do have one thing which I suppose could be turned into Phoenix/Maya. Has anybody ever written a fic about Maya having a blog? It'd be pretty interesting to read through the daily ramblings of Maya Fey, ace assistant. Her blog name could be TheStarvingSamurai, or something. And it'd be cool to have her write about how Nick and her got together throughout the blog. That's the only idea I've got.

I mean as one of the activities to celebrate one of the other P/M 'days' [2-4 and/or 2-2]. Although obviously it wouldn't all happen on one day. The prompts could be posted month/s in advance. Maybe people could post the actual fics on the day or something though.
the 'Fanfiction ideas thread' seems to be for all pairings. Also, we could potentially do the anonymous thing, if need be, for the P/M Day thing ...?

It is (because I have to be equal). But to be fair, 80% of the ideas in there are from me, so they end up being Nick/Maya anyway. Also, add your ideas. Because I suck at being subtle.
If you want a challenge, pick a number between 1 and 20 and then write the fic I've entered the idea for.

As for a fic idea I won't use, I'm thinking of something. I don't want to do cross-overs, cuz they're pretty far out, but I want to think up something too cliched. But don't worry, I'm on the case! Now, to get thinking!

Yeah, it's been like that for years
I can tell the details of the murder plot [pretty obvious] but we never get to see that potential scene where Hobo/Maya get together. It's truly tragic, the scene they are left in 
NOT Rescue Day. Just don't call it anything Day. We can have activities which have names, like 'Phoenix/Maya Fanart Contest' and 'Phoenix/Maya Wright-a-thon Meme-type-Thing' <not final
Also, 6 months? 2 weeks is the max I tend to think ahead...
so maybe we can start serious prep 3 months which is the new year so we remember.

How about Phoenix/Maya: Day of Reunion? Just kidding, that sounds like a title for some lame movie trying to be hardcore. Hmm...I don't really want to call it P/M Day, but I can't think of anything good either. Maybe we could make it something in Japanese? Even something like Day of Reunion sounds cool in Japanese. As for starting it early, I'm all for that. Starting at the start of a new year is cool, and I can't even begin to think of the work we could get done in 3 months. Although we'd have to focus on not saving everything for P/M Day, otherwise there'll be a 3 month period of no P/M fics/graphics/art/other stuff. Which would not be good.

Yeah, and looks like he's a 'rabbit'. So far as I can tell from fanart sites (so very educational), there's some kind of moon festival in Japan which is somehow associated with a rabbit living on the moon. Western Maya might like it too.

I found my new home , finally.
From the second I started to play( I started from the 2nd game beacuse of my friend. ) I said: Ohh, so Maya is his girlfriend? How nice.
When he said she's not his girlfriend, I was shocked xD
