I really don't like his character. I mean he's really good-looking, but he acts like a know-it-all. Also, he tries to pin the crime on Maya during 3-5. oh, and I got tired of his coffee jokes
i also don't like
because her attitude did a 180 from when she was in GS1 to when she was in GS4... her character really makes me want to punch her in the face or hit her with something but that's just me

I like/love Hobonix and Normal Phoenix, but I can't stand young!Phoenix AT ALL. Yes, I know he's the same person and that he eventually grows up but as a college student he was just really annoying, especially with all the "We're so in loooove" and the sneezing. I actually think it was a good thing Dhalia happened so Mia could make him shape up.
Though I do admit that my hate for young!Phoenix stems 90% from the fact that he's so painfully similar to my ex-boyfriend it's not even funny.

She was so cocky and annoying in AJ. Yeah, it's great that you think you're awesome Ema but the fact of the matter is CSI probably don't contaminate their crime scenes with snackoos they've thrown at people(of course Marshall in full cowboy gear is fine ha ha not)

- I'll start by getting the biggest one out of the way. I think she is exceedingly annoying. Give me Trucy or young Ema anyday! Although, to be fair, we all know who the best 'sidekick' is, right? (Hint: he's thinking about 
). Really, Maya irritates me lots.
- I have heard that people actually LIKE this guy. Worst witness in one of the worst cases ever. The sleeping and bubble popping before everything takes FOREVER and annoys me. That leads me nicely to:
- Okay, don't get me wrong here, Manfred is a great prosecutor. In fact, I think if he prosecuted in other cases I wouldn't hate him so much. He objects at pretty much everything, and that is what a tough opponent of a prosecutor should do (maybe you should take some lessons from him, Klavier). However, if it wasn't for him 1-4 wouldn't exist. Larry, Lotta and Yanni Yogi. Love this guy but he brought 3 of the worst characters to make one of the worst cases ever.
- Some people seem to like this guy. He is possibly the guy I hate the most in all of the series. He wants to kill a young girl for an accident! And then kills her father, and pretends he didn't do it, and tries to place the blame on Max. So he ruins Russell's and Max's life, pretends he loves Russell, and tries to kill Regina (who is probably considerably upset about what has happened to Bat anyways!). Did he get put to death for 2-3? I hope so!
- Again, people actually like this guy! He just sucks. Throwing seeds takes far too long, he is a perverted guy who just rubs me the wrong way.
- This guy isn't so bad (I enjoy his fist-slamming on the wall and the air guitaring isn't too bad. I also enjoy his laid back style when asked to give opening statements and such). However, how easy is he? Very! Somebody earlier said that they like him because 'he fights for Truth and Justice, not just shouting 'objection' and trying to find the defendant guilty whether they are or not'. Well, yes. Good for him. But when I'm playing a game I want some sort of a challenge. Not very fun to play against and makes AJ the easiest game. Honestly, Payne in 4-1 is tougher. - Finally, old Ema. How I hate her. How I miss those heady days we spent together, back in 1-5. Back when Ema was all scientific and clever. Became a detective because she failed her science tests or whatever? Not likely! The old Ema wouldn't have failed such things, I mean she buys sprays with her pocket money! She clearly would be dedicated enough to pass. From best sidekick (besides Gumeshoe) to worst detective (well, she is gonna be compared to Gumeshoe, nobody will ever better him as detective.)

lmao I used to not be able to STAND him when I played the game for the first few times. :x I can tolerate him now, but still. Also, I TRY to avoid judging characters off their fans, but alot of his are really fucking annoying. :C I played AJ recently and decided he wasn't as cool as I thought. He doesn't really annoy me any more than anyone else. Then again, I don't find Jar Jar Binks annoying either (although Feenie's no where near Jar Jar).
As for characters I dislike, and I'm going to be a bit caustic:
Because she's boring. I found her interplay with Phoenix tedious, and actually preferred Trucy's to Apollo because I found it more lively and energetic. Maya always seemed bland to me, with her statements and emotions falling flat. Ema was a better sidekick, because she seemed to have sharper emotions. Maya always seemed muted, like she was deliberately toned down to make a cookie-cutter sidekick. I can't understand why people say she's a good villain. She's bloody incompetant, with most of her crimes being committed to cover up other ones and their evidence. While some mistakes are necessary for any crime situation where the criminal doesn't walk, Dahlia just made mistake after mistake to the point where it seemed kind of silly. In the end, she was Morgan's patsy, and only kept the charade up because Godot was covering his own ass. She seems kind of like an incidental villain, there as a story catalyst but only in order to set up other, better villains. I don't consider her the main antagonist of TT for that reason.I won't talk about whether she's sympathetic or not, because that's a whole other can of worms and I really fall in the middle regarding it. All I'll say is that any sympathy had for her situation is limited by her nature, and her blundering doesn't really help me feel sorry for her.
No real specific reason. I just don't find him interesting. The 'gangsta' motif didn't grab me.And on that note, despite my harshness, I don't really hate any of these three. I just don't like them.
As for Shelley, he wasn't really sympathetic. He wasn't a good man, he was just interesting because he was so competant and proficient with his maneuvers, and he had a code.

Yes, you can make many a good joke about him, BUT THAT'S IT. He's manipulative, opportunistic, and a blackmailer! Who likes that? His cross-examinations are HARRRRRRDDDDD. I hated it. Only thing I like about him: Epic spazz.
