I'm pretty sure only Suspense appears in GK though...
Also people usually think of the games as being in the future, but I'm pretty sure they're not. There's only two date references in the entire game:
-Phoenix says it's the start of a new millenium
-The 15-year-old DL-6 record says "2001" on it
An error was obviously made here. Which one was the mistake is impossible to know, but it seems far more likely that whoever wrote "2001" for the DL-6 record (in real life) was forgetting that it was 15 years ago then that whoever wrote Phoenix's line forgot that the game took place in the future.

Okay, sorry about that. I was so sure, too. I'll make it up by adding in some of my own observations.
1. Anybody who mentors a playable defence attorney for their first case is taken out of commission in one way or another before said attorney's second case.
's first case, 
was killed one month after 2. With each new game, there comes a prosecutor who wears more bling than the previous one.
has nothing, has that big brooch, has two earrings and a ring on his left index finger, and has an earring, a belt, two finger rings, one thumb ring and a G necklace. Who will be the prosecutor for GS5? Redd White? 
3. Bruto Cadaverrini is the only living person, with a profile, that doesn't have a speaking role (unless you count Adam Mada.)
