There were some I forgot to name, mostly because I don't pay attention much to Search/Investigation themes but these two really grew on me.

It's a guilty pleasure, but hands down my favorite AA music is the Turnabout Jazz Soul version of "Great Revival."

Oh gosh, how much can I praise the AA soundtrack... I'll list what I think are the best themes of each type of song.

Investigation: Search~ Opening 2002. Everyone do the Ini Miney dance! Seriously, I loved this bouncy little theme to get me going on an investigation. It's just so. much. FUN. to listen to.

Trial: Apollo Justice. Sorry, but this one is really calm and subdued while still remaining epic. I love all the Phoenix-era trial music, but this one takes my favorite slot.

Cross-Examination: Apollo Justice. I love all the cross-examinations, but this one is really dark and creepy and awesome. Especially with the way it's remixed for Perceiving, oh my gah... It makes me think about Kristoph whenever I hear it.

Objection: Objection! 2001. Sometimes, it's hard to beat the original. This is one of those cases where I adore the original above all others that came after it. They were all awesome in their own right, but this one... It just gets me in the mood for some logical whoop-ass on the prosecution.

Announce the Truth: Announce the Truth- 2004. Hoh. Mah. Gawd. This one wins the award for my favorite song in all of Ace Attorney. Seriously. All the occasions when this played in Trials and Tribulations were undiluted awesome.

Cornered: Cornered- 2001. Impossible to top the original. All the cornered themes are awesome, but this one... This one... It's the original, and it reigns supreme. NOW WORSHIP IT!

Character Theme: Please Listen!- Mask*DeMasque's Theme. One of the many reasons why I adore case 3-2. Ronnie, the character you've made for yourself has one kickass theme song.

Reminiscence: True Evening of Grief. The original reminiscence theme. All of the reminiscences are some of the best pieces of music in the games, but this one was the original. The moment when we saw Maya heartbroken in her jail cell. The moment when we vowed to make pay for what he did. If I had to pick a second, well... A Fate Smeared in Tricks and Gadgets. The reason should be plain...

I'm going to do the same thing as CrecieVII, and do my favourite from each type. :) I apologise if some of my names are a little...off. For some reason, some of mine seem tobe different to how they should be.

- Investigation: Investigation ~ Opening 2001. This is close with Investigation ~ Middle 2002, but I've always viewed this more as Matt's theme than an actual investigation theme.

- Trial: Apollo Justice ~ A New Trial is in Session! I just love this, I don't know why, it's just so damn catchy!

- Cross-Examination: Cross Examination ~ Moderate 2004. I just really like this.

- Objection: Objection 2001. Obviously.

- Announce the Truth: 2004. This one just made me feel most badass when it was played.

- Cornered: Variation 2001. The best!

- Character Theme: Has to be Damon Gant's.

- Reminiscence: I love ALL of these. I have to pick DL-6 though. There are so many more I love.

A side question: I haven't played AJ in so long, what actually plays when he objects? Because I have no song named objection. Is it 'A New Trial is in Session'? That sounds objectiony.

Yup. 'A New Trial is in Session' is the objection theme. Also, you can count this quote as my list, too. I agree with all these. Just change the Cross-Examination ~ Moderate 2004 to Confrontation ~ Presto 2009. 'Cause I loves me some Presto.

Thanks for answering my question. I guess it doesn't really count as a trial song then What a misleading name it has been given. I have been thinking for ages that it sounds a little hardcore for trial starting haha.

I feel like praising the AA soundtrack, too. More long-winded descriptions

Investigation: Core 2007 - Whenever I hear it, I feel like I've uncovered a deeply hid secret, which is exactly how the song's used. The panning is awesome, too

Defense Lobby: Courtroom Lounge ~ Beginning Prelude - It makes you feel a bit uneasy, and I can imagine Phoenix waiting nervously for the trial to begin

Trial: Court Begins 2004 - I'll admit; it sounds a little too dramatic at the start of most trials in T&T, but that's it. One gripe I have with the others is that they don't fit the ending of the trial, usually just the beginning. 2004 ends them perfectly, and I can't imagine 3-4 or 3-5 without it.

Cross-Examination ~ Moderato: 2001 - This one sounded more like an examination to me than the others, apart from 2007. Unlike 2007, though, this one feels the most tense.

Cross-Examination ~ Allegro: 2007 - Hands down. It captures the drama of 2001 and 2004, the mystery of 2002, and adds a hint of darkness that fits AJ's more cynical theme. Truly fitting for the last few cases.

Objection!: 2001 - Easily the series' defining song. You can hear the victory, confidence, and sense of new hope from the other three, and combines it with a lot of emotion. Go Phoenix!

Confess the Truth: 2002 - I love 2004 as well, but this one has the "nearing the truth" vibe to it. Love the bells

Pursuit: Cornered - Oh, I can't describe how amazing this track is. It nails Phoenix's determination and adrenaline head-on, and the way it was used in T&T was memorable. This is probably my favourite track from the series, along with Objection 2001.

Character Theme: Dick Gumshoe ~ I can do it when it counts, pal! - Yay, a track from AAI I'm a big Gumshoe fan, and I adored this arrangement.

Reminiscence: The Fire Carves Scares - I like all of the Reminiscence tracks in the series, but this one just heartbreaking. Helps that I found 2-2 the most tragic case, too

Recollection: Forgotten Legend - Oh my god, this one pulled at my heartstrings. You can just feel Phoenix's hardship through the years, and the dark motive behind it all. Poor HoboHodo

Whoo, lots of typing. Now my fingers are tired.

It's so hard to decide; so many tracks are awesome! But, if I had to narrow it down...

The Psyche Lock theme. I don't know what it is, but I just like it a lot. Maybe it's that air of mystery...

Larry's theme. I might be an odd one for this, but I really, really do like Larry's theme song. xD It's so bubbly and happy! I also hold much fondness for the Troupe Gramarye theme song, Gumshoe's theme, and Guilty Love

Distant Traces of Beauty. It's absolutely beautiful. Probably my favorite character theme in the entire game, and one of my favorite tracks overall.

And who could forget the classic Fragrance of Dark Coffee? It's so smooth and jazzy...

The Steel Samurai Theme is actually my ringtone, so obviously, it's one of my favorites. I also love its slowed down cousin, The Steel Samurai Ballad.

I like all the Detention Center themes besides the AJ one; it's too hard to just pick one. Ditto for the court beginning songs, and the young female assistant themes.

JFA's Tell the Truth is one of my favorite tracks, period. So... catchy...! T&T's Cornered theme is another one of my favorites.

Apollo Justice's cross examination theme is my favorite in the whole series, but Justice for All's is in second. I also like AAI's Confrontation theme.

...I have too many songs I like.

I'm pretty fond of Cornered from Apollo Justice. Most of AAI's soundtrack is great as well.

Pearly's Theme: "With Pearly" because i love pearls.

Turnabout Sisters : the ballade version... it's really pretty!

Edgey and Franziska's theme songs: because i know something epic is about to happen.

Godot's Theme: Fragrance of Dark Coffee.... because it's really relaxing and i could fall asleep to it. In fact, I did fall asleep to it.

Well, two of my favorite themes are two who sounds very mysterious, and I just love them for being so unique:

Yatagarasu- The Gentleman Theif Who Dances in The Black Night (whoooowheee that's a long name)

and

Elise Deuxnim- Simple Melody.

I have these on repeat in my music player.
