Terry could have attended/taught at the college and gotten the poison from there.
or Dahlia could have been dating both Terry and Doug at the same time.

Lets see...... One simple solution to all of this: Someone... anyone... start up 3-1, and check Dahlia's profile. If it says she was dating Doug anything over 11 months and 29 days prior to the 3-1 case, then it means she was with him on the trial date of Terry Fawles.
Keeping this in mind, she was dating Phoenix for 8 months (Diego incident was 4 months after the Fawles trial), so if she was dating him less than 4 months, there was no possible way for her to get the stuff.
One more thing: Terry and her buried the necklace together. However, does it ever say that she could've went back, unbruied it, put poison inside, and re-buried it?

Seriously though, even if there are certain conditions for this nameless poison, that doesn't limit her resources. Since we don't know what the poison was, that doesn't rule out any of those possible sources.
