1. Perjury is legal.
2. The shock of being found out that you're lying is the cause of pain, shattered glasses, and a large amount of wind.

I've learned that your average lawyer is better able to recognize the star of a show about a masked ninja than he is able to recognize the Chief of Police.

I've learned that the person best equipped to survive falling into the legendarily lethal river under Dusky Bridge is a frail 14 year-old girl.

I've learned that the only criminals who can get away with their crimes are those who commit said crimes on a professional basis.

I've learned that, if you are a cool enough prosecutor ( :godot: ), even if you lose every single case you take, you will still be considered more dangerous to the defense than an elite prosecutor with a 40-year winning streak who likes to taze people. ( :karma: )

And, if the defense cannot prove another person committed the crime with evidence to support motive, means, and opportunity, the judge will give the death sentence to the defendant regardless of whether the prosecution can actually produce evidence to support motive, means and opportunity for them.

I think we can blame that one on Maya, but don't you mean "samurai"?^^

I've learned that most of the time if you want to represent someone in court you're going to have to go down to the detention center and badger them yourself until they have no choice but to accept you to get rid of you.

Also that even if he's huge, orange, scarred and has a paper attorney badge, it's obviously phoenix wright

TheInfamousVale, please do something about your post. This section is for Pheonix Wright, not Apollo Justice, as is this thread. Also, I specifically stated in the first post that no Apollo Justice talk was to happen here, since I have not played the game yet. If you'd like, you can create a thread like this for Apollo Justice over in the section for that part of the series.

Ive actually got 3...........hope its ok!!!

Ive learned that its ok to openly assault everyone in the courtroom including the judge, with no penalties.

Ive learned that once you fall in a coma for seven years the government can just magically loose all your information and you can somehow become a prosecutor even when you have no background information.

Ive learned that detectives can always be bribed for evidence with stake.

1) The prosecution would rather get a guilty verdict for the defendant than find out the truth.

2) Two people will argue over whether it's called a ladder or a step-ladder.

3) Little girls are sooo annoying to have accompanying you.

After being in a coma and assuming a new identity you can just waltz into the prosecutors office and become a prosecutor without having to study for 7 years or take a bar exam. :godot:

I mean sure, he would have done it before, but all that certification would have been for Diego, not Godot.

I've learned that if a spirit takes over your body and murders someone, YOU will be held accoutable, NO EXCEPTIONS.

And don't even THINK of saying 'Well, the spirit did it!' because every knows spirits aren't real and can't be used to argue the defendant's case. But, they're totally legal as evidence if you're a prosecutor.

2.Whips are allowed in court and there is no penalty for hitting the judge
3.You can scream objection and have a moment of supremacy and a theme song to boot!!
4.Evidence doesn't really have to make since in order to get a win.
