This explains why people call him a raepist.
In 1-5, before the final trial day, Damon Gant catches Phoenix Wright, Detective Dick Gumshoe, and Ema Skye, in his office. He tells Ema to stay, and Phoenix and Gumshoe to leave.
He then locks the door, and what is discussed is never mentioned.
Fans of the series believe that Gant Raped Ema Skye in that scene, as a joke.
But the joke evolved.
And now he is labeled as a rapist.
Thus, "Gant Raep!" was born.
