I also hate Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. TWEWY is a totally different experience with many crazy ideas that few video games attempt. I can't recommend it enough!

It's for the DS, and is easily one of the best games for the system...Well, other than Ace Attorney, of course! Anyway, you should definitely give it a try! Also, if you don't like it at first, just keep on playing. The beginning part of the game is like a tutorial and can go by a bit slowly, but you will definitely enjoy it as you start progressing through the story.
