Hello, all! Since I heard the writing part was starting from scratch (and hence, would mean that I could ACTUALLY be of service, instead of being some bumbling idiot on the sidelines like earlier :payne: ) I sent in my application a while back (i.e. yesterday).

Hopefully we'll have the writing team selected within a couple of days. We have yet to meet and discuss, but we have PMed each other ideas and such about things we really liked in the apps!

Also, Oldbag can sing one about her security guard job, and she eventually ends up somehow talking about her love for Edgeworth. And what about a Texas-themed song for Lotta Hart?

These are just ideas of mine, not sure if they'd actually work :goodman:

Just to let everybody know... the writing team was selected tonight by Pooleterson and myself. ^_^ We chose: Rachel, Actorman, Happy_Panda, and Genodragon1. Congratulations to all of you--go check your PM boxes on the Musical forums. :D

To everyone who applied and didn't make it, I'm sorry. :( I know it took a lot of time and work to do that application, but there were some very strong writers who applied and made it very difficult to choose.

Thanks, malfunctiones! If you feel like discussing this more in detail, you can click on my sig to go to our musical's forums. We post our updates for our songs and progress on the script in there. :D And you're always welcome to offer constructive criticism or feedback. Our biggest challenge right now is the amount of cutting we're going to have to do in the scripting team. D: Its practically impossible to get the whole story of the first game in 2 1/2 hours, so we have to do a lot of condensing. -_-

It's a musical, but as with many of them there is dialog. It has to be condensed because there's at least 4 or 5 hours of gameplay and nobody's going to want to sit through any musical that long.

I'd LOVE to help but... the best thing I could do is voice acting and singing and I don't have a microphone.... *sobs*

Obsessed fan is obsessed back from the dead, and supporting the awesomeness of this musical from the sidelines (or until I get around to recording a song or something...)! :keiko:

This is frickin' HUGE, DOODZ!!! PW:TMP is so popular! And it is like the magic love that keeps fans of all kind together! No matter what aspect of the game you love, this musical has it!

I look, and I see, in the corner of my bedroom, Kristoph Gavin. Smiling. Smiling that smile he always smiles. At me.
Then, just as quickly as he came, the vision was gone, leaving me with all of these feelings; paranoia, general fear of being raep'd, questioning my own sanity. I didn't sleep well that night. Not with Kristoph Gavin watching me and listening to my every breath. I think I even felt a hand on my chest at one point.

It seems that they pay a good amount of attention to the fans... maybe they already know?
Perhaps they only plan on pursuing it when they get to a point where they'd be making money?
And if they're really lenient, maybe they'd just want a cup of the profits and some royalty-type payments. :godot:
