Oh, and that "Eldoon" is "noodle" spelled backwards.
EDIT: I forgot Dustin Prince (Dusting Prints), Romein LeTouse (Romein Lettuce), and that "Rise from the Ashes" is a reference to Phoenix's name (because a phoenix can rise from the ashes.

How could you miss that one? It's a plot point in the case.
Well, I just thought that the name was divided between the sides of the stand (one side says "ELDOON'S", the other says "NOODLES"), and I'm pretty sure that's what they said in the case. I never stopped to think "eldoon noodle" might be a palindrome, or whatever it's called.

Omg...I just imagined Edgey without the jacket now. Im finding it completly hot.
I just noticed that the bug sweeper used in 2-4 and 3-5 is in the Evidence room in 1-5. Also the Bellboy randomly shows up in Edgey's office at some point in 1-5.
And Phoenix carries Evidence from the future back in time through the Mason System and uses it to Break psyche locks of the past.
