What happened to all the "custom case makers"? I've got this one on my comp that looks nice (with the exception of it using some bulky ini-like format instead of xml), but the rest?

My case maker hasn't been abandoned. I'm still working on it bit by bit. Its hard having two huge projects on your shoulders.

But mine will be released... eventually...

Well there's Mechabowser's case maker that he released a while ago.

I'd post it here but I'm not sure he'd appreciate it. I think he kinda abandoned the project, not sure.

I'm not sure if any others are released.

Well I Guess that Non of them are Sharable since nobody is Making any Cases to share.. Yet. I cant find Mecha bowser's Case maker
