3-1 ...

Spoiler:
Dahlia attempted to pin the murder on Phoenix in court, but outside, she tampered with evidence by putting Phoenix's pills in Doug's hand.

With 2-3...

Spoiler: 2-3/1-3
The murderer himself didn't intend to pin it on Max, but the victim stole Max's costume to pass off looking like him, which led to him being framed. The same thing kinda goes for 1-3, although Powers had more motive as well.

3-5:

Spoiler: 3-5 and 2-4
No, Iris wasn't framed for the murder per se. Dahlia tried to frame Iris as the accomplice, however that was Iris' actual role in the crime. One cannot be framed for something they actually did. Who Dahlia actually framed was Maya.

2-4's frame was different. Engarde was guilty of the murder, however Adrian's frame made it so it appeared that Matt physically killed Corrida. Instead of what actually happened, where Matt hired De Killer to do his dirty work for him.

Corrections/comments:

1-5: Yes; cooperated with own framing under pressure.
3-4: VERY yes. Willingly, even.
3-5: 50/50. Real culprit orchestrated coverup with aid of client.
4-2: Yes. Murderer went as far as to...

Spoiler: 4-2
... hire an incompetent-looking defense in order to ensure the client would appear as guilty as possible.

4-3: Sort of. The killer clearly knew that...

Spoiler: 4-3
... if the apparent time of the murder were moved, Machi would be the best remaining suspect.

4-4: The only unambiguous no. It's unclear who was supposed to take the fall for that one. I mean, even the client is accused on the very flimsiest of pretexts!

Generally speaking, if nobody's framed, there's nobody to hire Phoenix. It's just an unsolved murder. So somebody has to get framed every time. 4-4 is just bad; the client couldn't have procured the murder weapon and had no real motive.

For 1-5 depends on how you view it

Spoiler:
For 1-5 (I think the one with Ema Skye) that depends on how you look at it. Gant tried to frame Ema for the murder of a different crime but used Lana to dispose of the body. Ema was framed for that killing but Lana, who was accused of a DIFFERENT murder was not. Lana DID put the knife in the body and she DID have blood on her outfit. Those were true. Gant tried to frame Ema of the "other" murder but used Lana as a "pawn" to dispose of Bruce's body.

3-4 Yes

Spoiler:
Dahlia framed Terry Fawles (think that's his name) of killing her sister. She had him caught on her camera as well as as "dressed up as her sister".

Spoiler: AA
1-1 Spur of the moment frame by Sawhit
1-2 Name "Maya" written on paper. Pretty obvious frame.
1-3 I'm pretty sure Hammer wore the samurai suit to try to frame Powers, but even though his murder plot failed, his plan to frame Powers for murder succeeded. I'm not sure what that means altogether. It's complicated.
1-4 Definitely.
DL-6 von Karma made Gregory think Miles killed him, and since Yogi was innocent, there was a pretty good case against Edgey.
1-5 Lana was framed, but she consented to it, so it doesn't count.
SL-9 Gant framed Ema to gain control.

Yep, mostly framed clients.
Spoiler: JFA
2-1 Wrote "Maggie" in the ground; obvious framing.
2-2 Morgan's whole part in it was to frame Maya... so yeah...
2-3 Not at all.
2-4 Well... it's complicated... Since the killer was your defendant... but someone else framed him... so I guess.

Only half.
Spoiler: T&T
3-1 Nope.
3-2 Well since Atmey was blackmailing Ron to be DeMasque, I guess he kind of planned to frame him.
3-3 Yep. Poison and lottery ticket placed in pocket.
3-4 I don't know. I'm too lazy to remember.
3-5 Another voluntary framing.

I'm too lazy.
