Such as how PW1's Court Theme was totally out of place in Case 1-4 and how probably PW3's will sound too dramatic for 3-2 and 3-3.

1-4 needed PW3's theme as did the last day of 1-5 and day 2 of 2-4. Anyone agree?

Which court/trial theme are we talking about? Be more specific, please.

I was kinda upset when realizing that they had changed the court music in Justice For All since the themes in the original were absolutely brilliant. While I have no complaints about the first game, yes, I definitely wished that JFA would have some variety.

Don't know about the later games yet, though. I guess I wouldn't mind if they'd re-use some of the older themes if they suited the cases.

I don't mind where they use the theme, so long as they do ^_^ I just love all the music!

I'm already satisfied with individual Reminesence (can't spell it, eh?) music for (almost) each case. But I gotta agree with the 3-3 and 3-2 part, but that's because the music of Gs3 is too dramatic for its own good... Hobohodo

I wuv it's dramaticness :3 I think that each court themes work as it ties each of the games together. You associate the JFA court theme with Acro, Matt Enguarde and Wellington, very different characters in the same game ^_^

Not that dramaticness is a bad thing, I'm sure it works awesome for 3-1, 3-4 and 3-5

-To increase suspense/drama (ie "OH NOES IF I LOSE THIS TRIAL MY CLIENT MIGHT GET THE DEATH PENALTY" etc.etc.)
-So that the victim can't testify? (just a guess here)

Although it is ridiculous that all the lawyers have a murder trial as their FIRST experience in court x.x

On topic: I do think some of the themes are out of place depending on the case...the more dramatic start-of-court music in JFA would have fit 1-4 and 1-5 better than the first game's theme, etc. But a theme used throughout the whole game isn't necessarily a bad thing as it ties all of the cases in one game together/separates theme from a different game, so I won't complain about it.

Personally, I think the JFA court theme was the most fitting for a Phoenix Wright-esque trial. It's dramatic, serious, and important sounding, but it wasn't overly dramatic unlike, say, the GS3 theme. the PW1 theme was alright, if you ask me. It seemed a little too light-hearted for a the courtroom.
