Lana was found guilty of being a accomplice to murder. You find that out in the credits.
Terry dies in the coutroom, so they can't do much with him anymore.
Iris and Machi go on trial for their crimes after their cases end. During the TnT credit, you see Iris was found guilty of her crime (or you can say she admitted that she was guilty.)
Vera can't be charged for being a forger. This is due to fact she has no knowledge it was crime and was only making her father happy. Her father in this case would be the real criminal but he got what deserved.

The court was quite stupid... just because he didn't steal the 5th item, he still stole the first 4.

Yes he was born into the gangtser life, but as far as we know, he's all bark, no bite, and could never actually commit a crime (other than brandishing a weapon).
