even though PW is the most epic court game (i doubt there are others :P) it could have been a lot more so. much of this could have been attained had they been planning a second and third game from the beginning. one way would be

I don't think so, unless White was in collusion with her.
Mia being killed by Redd White was extremely important, because he was the one who destroyed her mother and the entire reason she became a lawyer was to find out who destroyed her mother (nothing to do with Dahlia) and stop them from destroying more people, and she was killed just before she could succeed but Phoenix finished the task for her.

1-2 wouldn't work or have the same impact otherwise...

I really can't think of any other ways to improve AA's epicness. =P It's already good enough if you ask me. If I wanted to make to improve this, I'd do so through fan fiction, making new cases and implementing my own crazy ideas. But then again, that's what fan fiction's all about, I guess. ^^'

1-4 If von Karma had a bit more back story instead of just being perfect. He could be a more epic character...

This is sort of generic, but PW is a series where more main character deaths would not only make sense, but could really make you realize how much they did for the game. I have to admit though, I can't think of anyone who works for being kill-off-able. Everyone fits into their role to the end pretty well.

I'm all for murdering Lotta though.

In case 1-2, it would have been better if we hadn't had Mia's death shown to us before Phoenix discovered her. Also, if she wasn't trying to give evidence she was afraid of holding onto to her little sister, who lives alone.>_>

I've always thought the same thing about case 2-4. It would have meant more if Maya could actually die.
