Look at Ryu's face in the top left; doesn't he look like a Phoenix Wright character?


Or Captain America here, he looks a lot like the profile of your average PW/GS character doesn't he?



I realize we're talking about simple cartoony art but the line work matches up so well and I'm willing to bet an old Capcom artist has stuck around long enough to bring us great art in both series

Hmmm ok so apparently from googling up those and seeing their MobyGames profiles there's not much said there, the problem of course is how little information about games is documented, particularly from people like Capcom, who for the longest time only used nicknames in their credits screens... I guarantee if I go to the credits of these fighters that's what I'm in for haha urgh I didn't even think about that.

Hopefully someday Capcom sees fit to release some data about who really did what in their games pre 2001.
