I always thought it was supposed to be like a shine or glisten of light on Pearl's forehead (because she's so sweet and pure maybe). I never thought of it as a dot. I guess I figured if it were a dot, the other Fey mediums would have them as well. Ah, yet another AA Unsolved Mystery :cue Unsolved Mysteries theme music:

Notice that his is not exactly small, and that adds up to the fact his glasses cover up a bit of the forehead.

Anyway, looking at the size of Pearl's head now, she may either grow into it (thus having a smaller forehead and making Apollo the winner) or it may grow with her (taking over most of the court-room). Right now though, Pearl is winning.
