Hi, as the title says, I apologise for my n00bish question, but about the Dual Language GS game, the game is fully localised isn't it? The game isn't directly translated from Japanese, leaving the Japanese culture references in and stuff right (in other words, its EXACTLY the same as PW:AA?)

Yep, it's the localized translation in the Japanese DS versions of 1 ~ 3.
