I hope that I am posting this in the right place; I'm sure it'll get moved if not...

So, I didn't realize until playing 1-5 again, that the defense attorney was unknown for that case...I realize they couldn't use Mia for plot reasons. But what about Grossburg? Or a very young Kristoph, fresh out of Law school...(i do realize he studied in Germany, at least I think so...) At any rate, I know that the case focuses on the prosecutors, but who was the poor defense attorney on that case?

Any speculations?

(I stake my claim on the Kristoph angle for fanfic fodder!! :garyuu: )

I believe it was a Defense Attorney completely unrelated to Phoenix Wright.

I'm sure it was....but it strikes me as odd, that for a game that is centered on the defense attorney, that the case that is the turning point of the game...the defense attorney is unknown...

:yuusaku: maybe i'm reading too much into it...but still...

That case was the turning point of the game? I don't know, are we talking about the same case? I thought you meant the SL-9 case, and I don't see how that was the turning point of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Could you maybe elaborate for me? :payne:

It was important for 1-5 and caused 1-5...

The only thing that was important about SL-9 in relation to 1-5 is that Joe Darke killed Neil Marshall, and that you-know-who did you-know-what. The defense attorney, the witnesses, the judge, the prosecutor after Marshall...none of that was important, so there wasn't any point in putting it in, so they didn't.

(Just like they didn't tell you who the prosecutor was in DL-6, because it didn't matter.)
