I was born on July 23rd 1993, same people as yours.
Trying to answer your question, I'm not quite sure how it works in America but in Britain kids in the same year group have to be born between September the 1st of one year and August 31st of the next year, for instance in the people in my year group are born between Sept '92 and the end of August '93. So even if Larry was born the year after, depending on when Larry's actual birthdate is and how the American school system works, he could be in Phoenix and Mile's class. If he really was an entire year younger I'm sure he wouldn't be in the same class as them.

I think the ages are the ages when you very first see the character. And when you first see Dahlia it is in the Mia vs Payne one, even though she is 25 in T&T....
