On the pheonix wright wikia, there's a sprite of a judge's badge for all the judge characters:
When I asked about it, I found out the uploader got it from Croik. Now, what I want to know is got it from, or if it's fanmade.

Generally speaking, if it is fanmade it shouldn't be on the wiki the way it is...

Maybe when they decide to make Ace Judge you can go around presenting it to people :)

From what I remember: The Judge's badge comes from one of the books. If I had to guess it was the GS1-DS one.

The only bit of trivia I know (since I'm too lazy to go and search for that specific page) is that on the page(s) the 3 badges showed up on, the Prosecutor's badge had a very contrasting design (think Vector outline compared to what you see on the Judge's badge). And it was either inferred or stated that the current Prosecutor's badge post dates the Judge's and Defense Badges. So in all likely hood, the Judge's badge origin could be potentially traced back to the GBA era. Possibly as far back as GS1-GBA. If that's true, then I'm curious what the original GBA GS1 design was for the Prosecutor's badge.

But I can say with great certainty that the Badge design is NOT fan made.

Also, it's hard to see in the image you posted, but I remember the outlying border looked a lot like a set of }'s. I remember being upset at such a lazy design.
