Lack of character interaction in AA?

Has anyone else noticed that, outside of the court scenes, there is little to no character interaction with anyone except yourself and your assistant? I don't know, I could be wrong, but I just can't remember it happening very much.
Any examples?

I don't know if I understand what you mean. There is some character interaction outside of court, such as Will Powers inviting Maya and Nick to the Nickel Samurai/Jammin Ninja thing, and

I don't think you understand. The other characters (not counting yourself and your assistant(s)) rarely talk to EACH OTHER.
Like Wocky and Winfred arguing in 4-2, as one seemingly rare example.

Yes, but we gotta remember, it IS a game, trying to get to the point quicker, if there was more of that, then the cases would take longer to complete. So only relevant convos happen, in game, then there's the manga...

Oh, OK, I get where your coming from now.

Yeah, it seems that your right, but there are a few moments in there, such as Gumshoe/Edgeworth, Adrian/Franziska, Dessie/Ron, Jean/Violetta.

But yeah, not too many moments.

This is simply because you are playing from Phoenix's prospective.
The others can talk between themselves when you aren't there.

People don't talk about serious things when a stranger can hear them.

True. The Jean/Violetta and Franziska/Adrian ones you only see because Phoenix comes into the room during the middle of their conversation.

But that's because she was at the door, while Nick and Maya were at the living area. Nick only heard them, and then Dessie left.

It's 'cause you can only speak with one character at a time (unlike, say, in Ceres' fangame). So the only time 2 other characters can interact, and the only time you get 2 other characters in the same room is when you barge in on their conversation. And when that happens, one of them leaves in the next minute.

But there's a lot of interaction in the victory scenes.
