My idea, now the DSi's out.

Now, some people won't like this idea, but I think it could work.

Now Nintendo's DSi Shop channel is up and running, how about a CAPCOM channel, which costs say, 1000 points, then when your'e on the dhannel you choose either GS1, 2, 3, AJ, or GK. Then you can download cases through the shop for an additional 800 points each.

CAPCOM could release a new case every 3-4 months maybe.
The cases could be set for which season, for example a case released in summer will be set in summer.

Or would this ruin the games?

Hunh. Not really a bad idea, I don't think Capcom would agree to it though.

Sad to say, I've left C-R. I may still occasionally come on, but, y'know...
I just lost interest, but, this is still an awesome site.
I'll live on through my sprites, I hope. And my major contributions to the Max fanclub. ^_^

I think this was discussed before. Even if it was done, it'd probably be Japan-only.

Even if Capcom had such a channel, it probably wouldn't have AA stuff on it. Good idea though

Teheh. I just hate the shop idea in general. What happened to "Go out and buy your games". But that's just me. And yeah, if something like this happened, it would be Japan only, and I highly doubt it will/should. But that's just my personal conceited opinion. -shrugs-

It should be chapter by chapter. You buy the first part of Phoenix Wright for 1000 points then download additional chapters for 100 points each.

Capcom has already said that AA is not a title they're able to develop on a separate case-by-case basis. The best you could hope for is having the cases released for download one at a time long after the full game has already been out for a while (like they did with the cell phone version).

It's not a bad idea, since finding physical copies of the games is getting harder, I don't see them ever releasing new games this way.
