Fresh Prince of Bel Air - I was going through 2-3 when i found this little section in the Part 2 - Trial Latter. When Moe is at the witness stand, and Franziska whips him, he shouts "In West Clownadelphia, born and raised, on the playground where i spent most of my clown.." After a couple of awful jokes, and another whipping he shouts "but a couple of clowns there were up to no good..." I had no idea they watched Will Smith in Japan!

Star Trek - In Tre Bien, when you examine the flowers on the other table, Phoenix and Maya wonder what type it is. The chat ends with Phoenix saying, "Dagnabbit, i'm a Lawyer, not a botanist!"

Lol! Are there any others?

Actually, more likely than not, it was the translation team who put that joke in. In the JP version, they prolly had their own joke.

aw man!!! i didnt see the star trek thing either! ill have to go and replay it. anyways, yeah the little Fresh Prince of Bel Air thing was really funny. umm...well, i know its not exactly related to tv but there was that time in the first case of AA:TT where Mia goes: "We know who's milkshake brings all the boys to the yard." when she's talking about :chinami:

I know it really doesnt have much to do with tv, but still!!!

Also, they have shows like the Steel Samurai and the Pink Princess in Japan. Theyre a certain type of show where its like, fictional heroes and villains and stuff...it sorta reminds of a good version of the Power Rangers...

Way to semi necro an already redundant topic. Besides, there's already quote topics that discuss references already.

All AA games: defendant-lobby/favorite-quotes-spoilers-t8288.html?hilit=phoenix%20wright%20quotes

Justice for All: kurain-gs2/gs2-quotes-for-interesting-funny-dialog-t16.html

Trials and Tribulations: hazakurain-gs3/the-localization-brilliant-far-pw3-quote-thread-t3180.html

Apollo Justice: the-hydeout-gs4/apollo-justice-english-quotes-ajaa-spoilers-t7163.html?hilit=phoenix%20wright%20quotes

And a reference thread for AAI: prosecutor-lobby/aai-pop-culture-references-t18924.html?hilit=references

There weren't any exact reference threads, but these threads already cover pop culture references made in the game and the like anyways.

And Will Smith in Japan? Really? Ever heard of localization? It exists for a reason. Also, this thread is pointless.
On April 3, 2016, Court Records Forums experienced a miracle upon that day.
